Thus place was dirty. They had dirty tables everywhere. This is the worst Newks I've ever eaten at. My appetite was spoiled because the poor level of service. The people behind the counter wasn't cleaning as they go. In addition the salad look like it was already made up and they just handed it to me undone. I purchased a Newks Favorite and the toppings were in the middle of the salad.Awful. Will never go to this location ever. If I could give zero stars I would.

I had the all meat pizza. The taste was very good but the crust was so soggy the toppings slid off when I picked up a slice.

Poor management - Dirty Tables & Nasty FloorsWe arrived Saturday at 3PM therefore very slow time period. We were in the restaurant for 45 minutes and not one table was cleaned or trash and food on floors removed. There were more dirty tables than clean to select from. I watched employees in the prep area laughing and chatting and couldn't determine who was the manager to complain to as they were more at fault than the staff - manager should be ashamed of their lack of directions to the staff. As a diner I shouldn't be expected to call this to their attention. I have been a frequent diner for 10 years but after moving to Huntsville the last 7 years the two locations in Huntsville should be ashamed of how they present their company.

I have always been pleased with Newks but this time the bacon on my Green Goddess salad was raw. I'll never order anything with bacon on it from Newks. The picture is the bacon I pulled off my salad and fried when I got home. Notice it had been in the frying long enough for some grease to come out of the bacon and still is raw.

I had the half Italian and half lobster bisque combo and it was amazing! The lobster bisque was creamy and perfect! The Italian sandwich had the perfect amount of spice and the bread was toasted to perfection! Everyone was super friendly and service was so fast!

Everone was nice and professional, it's easy to see that they appreciate their customers. I had the soup (lobster bisque) and regular salad-everthing was fresh and tasty. I will definitely return to this location again soon (even bypassing the location closer to me, which historicly has had poor service, wilted lettuce and below advertised portions)...if you're looking for a clean restaurant, fresh food and great customer service, the Whitesburg Newk's is for you.

Just got a salad to-go from this Newk’s, and the lettuce is all wilted and expired. The whole container smells like rancid lettuce, making the whole meal unappetizing. Pretty grossed out and disappointed.

Horrible food and even worse service. Can see if I arrived right at closing but it was 30 minutes before when I arrived and there were other people in the restaurant. I only wanted a salad and I thought this was a salad place, based on the menu.

Ate with a large group of friends on Sunday at lunch. Great service, good food, and a nice atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and treat customers well. There is such a good variety there you can eat there often and not have the same thing. Check it out. Prices are about 10-13 dollars per person nut portions are generous and the cups are huge.
