I can't remember my waiters name, but he was amazing! My kids were giving me a hard time with the menu, so he helped my kids pick out what they wanted and how they wanted. It's not even been 2 weeks, and my kids are ready to go back.

The food is always good. The service has gone to hell for quite some time. Now they don’t ask for refills on your drinks. They don’t come and check on you and then when you ask for something they forget to bring it then you asked for the manager and the service is just as bad.

Spent 45 minutes sitting at a table without drinks/food/salad just to take 10 minutes to eat maybe 5 bites of food. Didn’t get our drinks until after our food, when customers seated after us got their drinks. Salad wasn’t brought out with the food and the waitress came to our table twice once for our order and once for our food which wasn’t that great either. Ate five bits paid for our 78$ meal ( 2 adults and a child) and left. Never again.

The place has really, in my opinion, gone down. The place smelled bad. You can tell the floors have not been cleaned. The carpeting needs to be shampooed and freshened. The salad dressing tasted bad, and it made the salad tasted bad. I ordered the tour of Italy and the food looked old and the sause had dried out. The bread sticks were salty. Too much salt on them. I do not plan to return.
