The vibe here is absolutely amazing. Manager and staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service. People like it and make it there go to for not only food but social gatherings and get together location. I’m new in town and feel very comfortable sitting here and working.

You have to fight to get your cup for the “unlimited sip club”. Every time you order it on the app they mark it as complete but the cup is never there. You can wait 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes your cup never appears. When you go and ask for the cup, the employee tells you you must wait for it to appear on the shelf. Total waste of time. Not worth the effort.

This is the most delightful Panera I have ever been to! From the gentleman that took our order, to the chef that prepared our food to the singing of happy birthday to our friend! What a wonderful location for lunch!

This is the best run Panera I have ever been to! All of the employees are cheerful, ready to meet any need of their customers, and actually enjoy their time working. Breath of fresh air.

Good food but the warm teriyaki bowl was small. For $13, go somewhere else.

I *like* Panera. I LOVE their salads and bread. Their bagels are usually amazing. With that said...stay far away from this location.Holy mackeral, what a terrible experience. Now, I got delivery but the bag was sealed with a sticker so I know it wasn't the driver's fault.Regardless...Y'all, I ordered a SALAD. The accompanying baguette was soggy and covered with tomato soup. Seriously?!This tells me that:a. Someone dropped bread into the soup and didn't careb. If someone has a gluten allergy and orders that soup, they'll get sickc. The people working there just don't give a you-know-whatThen, when I went to eat the salad I bit upon something so hard (I guess it was bacon, I'm hoping it wasn't a bone or rock or something) that my tooth hurts 2 hours later. Don't get me started on how I prefer sparse dressing but had to dress this salad with dressing from my own fridge because they gave me a 1/3 full tiny cup of dressing--yes, that was it.EGADS!

Ordered oatmeal. It was cold, lumpy and bland. Ladies behind counter in preparation area were too engrossed in personal discussions to focus on their work. I tossed the oatmeal. I won't be back.

I wish I had taken a picture. I had tuna salad sandwich. It was very good. Better than I thought it would be. I will be going back. ?

My mom has been in crestwood hospital for several days so I have gone to Panera bread for breakfast due to it's proximity. The service there is not great. The lady at the counter seems to enjoy telling me they are out of what I order. The light roast coffee is so stout it takes half the cup of almond milk to turn it brown and two very large spoonsful of honey to combat the bitter burnt taste. There is no difference in the light and dark roast coffee. I've had 3 am highway truck stop coffee that was not as burnt and bitter. My last $3 cup wouldn't turn colors after 5 powder creamers were added. So in the trash it went. My neice was picking up the order for me. When she went together coffee they were out. So the lady made more. I had asked my niece to fill my 16oz cup halfway with almond milk and 2 tablespoons of honey. The lady filled the cup full.Panera bread charges too much money for a cup of coffee to taste like that. Change brands, change how you brew it. Do something different. This stiff isn't worth pouring down the drain.
