I'm by no means a critical person but Panera Bread of Bridge street surely deserves a voice who lets others know they are amazing.I'm a fairly regular coffee drinker and with how often I pop in for a coffee from Unlimited Sip Club the team here has come to know me and treat me with a smile and kindness.They are human and have made mistakes before with orders but are understanding and will try to make it up if you give them respect they deserve working as hard as they do through rush hours.Best of Luck to all those who work here

Orders always take an extremely long time. Drinks are usually out. The food is usually okay tho! Just double check your order. My sides usually get mixed up.

I had yoghurt with SOMETHING.The yoghurt was greek yoghurt with no.choice of anything else...like fat free or 1 %.Not a very good choice for diabetic customers

Highly recommend. Their systems have been down for a couple days (not their fault), but they still managed to get my order set up and ready for a work meeting. Highly impressed with management and staff as they answer the phone quickly and are very personable. The Manager, Jesse, explained things clearly regarding how payment works with the method I was using. An employee, Irie, heavily worked with me while getting my order down and ensuring that I got everything situated correctly and was prepared for picking up the order. They had an obstacle and worked through it efficiently and effectively to ensure customers were satisfied.

I never leave reviews but i have to. Absolutely 0 customer service experience by any of the employees. My sandwich was cold and I asked for a manager and got met with a snarky blonde manager who was incompetent with understanding my complaint and offered no help. Seriously, I got better help from the young teenage cashier. What is the system for hiring managers? Because whatever it is needs to be updated.

Ordered online. Walked in as my food was placed on the shelf. My sandwich wasn't warm. It wasn't cold but not warm either. It's my first time ordering breakfast, and the bacon in the pictures are slices, and on the sandwich, it was crumbles that had a rather fatty look to it.I didn't eat the sandwich.I ordered some lunch for pickup here before and it was cold when I got it as well.
I ordered the warm Baja bowl with tomato soup for delivery and was extremely disappointed. The “warm bowl” was barely 1/3 full and ice cold. The rice was uncooked, dehydrated, instant rice. Considering the restaurant is less than a mile away, and the tomato soup was actually warm, I know it didn’t “cool off” on the way over. It seemed like it was a refrigerated, pre-prepared bowl that didn’t get heated before sending it out. I tried to microwave it but ended up ordering from somewhere else because it just made me sad.

I have been going all week. I did have one bad experience when I ordered a simple bagel toasted and large charged mango. They only filled my cup 3/4 up and when I asked for more they said they were out. My bagel was also burnt. This place is very slow and doesn't give you simple things like utensils and napkins. This place is not too the standard I have seen at other Panera. However the rest of the week they were amazing.
