I had a delivery order that I purchased through the app, The DoorDash dasher didn’t not have my complete order I was missing items & also didn’t have my bag and food sealed.. so I called the store and explained to the manager that was on shift at the time and she was very concerned about her customer experience not only that she took the time to refund me my money back as well as in get my order sent back out fresh and made sure I had everything I needed! Everything was amazing especially the chicken chipotle pizza! I most definitely will be ordering again soon thanks to Ms. Chloe & her kindness and making sure her customer was happy & satisfied I most definitely encourage more restaurants or fast food chains to get more employees like Ms. Chloe. & also the GM Mr. TaylorI most definitely recommend this location ??

This place s actually inside the hospital, but accessible from outside. I went at about 9 am on a Sunday AM and was the only customer. Staff was fast and cheerful, food was great.
The employees are very friendly and helpful. I tried ordering from the app but it didn't work for me. The young girl was very helpful to take care of my order. Our food was hot and delicious.

Quiet and clean, this Panera is tucked inside a corner of Huntsville Hospital, so there's not really a dedicated parking area for this restaurant. When I walked in there was no one actively working the front register, but it wasn't a problem for me because I used the self-service ordering tablets located at the front of the store. They were also out of the light roast coffee, but when I told him about it they were pleasant enough and said they would refill it ASAP.

I have enjoyed Panera's food since they opened their doors back in the day. The food is very consistently fresh and well prepared, and I just MUST have a blueberry or Vanilla scone to eat for dessert! I ate the signature chicken sandwich and a blueberry scone today, and as usual I was very happy with my food and the great service
