No milkshakes. "We don't have those right now". The staff has an attitude. The location is good, on Jordan Lane right off University. This has to be the worst Jack's I've ever been to though. Slow slooooooow service at 2pm today. Employee standing outside right by the drive through just talking on the phone while there's a line of 5 people.
