I ordered my food at 6:30 pm to get delivered and they said it was delivering at 7pm. So it said delivered but I didn’t hear or see anything remind you I have cameras outside my apartment so I see everything . So I called and spoke to a manger and she said they was coming so fast forward another hour later I called again she said the same thing . This was my last time calling and she got an attitude because I asked for a refund and she blocked my number . All I wanted was my food I worked 12 hour shift and just wanted my pizza delivered to me . Who ever running that phone needs to be FIRED ASAP because I wil never order from here EVER again lesson learned .

The staff is nice. The front desk lady told me she was "okay " (even when who looked to be the manager was watching.) After she asked me how I was and I responded "I'm doing great! How are you?" She asked me if I needed any sauce or anything on the side. Nah, I have ranch at home. Kind of her to make sure to ask, though.The pizza itself tastes pretty damn good not gonna lie. Super delicious when I was craving a good slice all day. My son and his team team won their baseball game (as per usual hehe??♀️) so I wanted to treat him to a cheat meal.Now, the reason for the 3 stars....I work in a lab and I MUSTTTT make sure things are done perfectly. Unfortunately, the way the economy is going has created a weird bend in pay for certain jobs. So places like McDonald's and other fast food joints literally make more money than we do in the lab. If we get paid less than people who work fast food....that's a problem. I've looked at the job market, too and a lot of skilled labor makes less than what you can get as basic crew in fast food....With that being said, I simply ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. This is the thinnest pizza I've ever laid my eyes on. I'm GENUINELY wondering what a regular pizza looks like if this has extra cheese and extra pepperoni. I am about 99% certain this IS a regular pizza without extra cheese and without extra pepperoni.I don't understand what makes it so difficult to read an order; especially when there are minimal customers. I LOVE my job but I'm sad we get paid less than people who can't even read "extra cheese extra pep" on an order.I tell myself all the time, because I'm a very hard worker and I do the very best I can in my workplace and I make very minimal mistakes. Like once a month will there be anything wrong MAYBE, IF THAT. If I worked at a pizza place or at McDonald's or wherever, I would the the SpongeBob of that MF ?? I would find pleasure in making sure orders were correct and that customers received what they wanted and I most certainly wouldn't say "im.....okay..." when asked how I'm doing. FAKE IT.....tell me you're doing awesome.Nevertheless...as I said previously, the pizza does taste good. I am just sad I paid extra to not receive what I paid for and it would've been even better and worth a 5 star review had it been prepared accurately.Read. Reading is key. It should be written plain as day in the order, and if it isn't, then the next move should be to change the layout of the text in the order sheets. Change it so that specifications are in bold or are able to be noticed without a doubt. Underline it or something. I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt here and assume it's in very small fine print or something. Change that. Make specifications obvious because customers pay extra and then they're prompted to tip before they receive the order. I wouldve left more than the minimal 15% tip, but unfortunately fast food places have conditioned me to know that my orders will never be what I requested.

Quick delivery but the pizza was terrible. Crust was hard, pizza was cold, pepper inside looked old. I remember when PJP was great. Soft crust, hot, pull apart cheese. They have really gone downhill and the price is outrageous.

This papa John’s is terrible. The customer service is awful. Young lady answering phone rude. I called papa John’s sent me to call center than the call center said they can’t do my order. They will transfer me to the store. So lady picks up phone says i don’t know why they transferred you we can’t do anything. She had a huge attitude, every time I go up there we have issues with pizza or rude people

Ordered Shaqaroni pizza barely had any pepperoni on the pizza. This was a bad experience but, usually it's good. I don't know what is happening here now. Just hit and miss at all restaurants now. Hope they get it together soon.

I give up on this place ?. This Papa John's was the best at one time but now it's awful. The pizza dough is hard and not the original dough. The sauce lack of is not good. The cheese is also awful. Yeah im never ordering from this place again I gave them three tries and it got worse after each one. I hate it came to this but I would rather drive to Hazel Green's Papa John's and get quality food.

My pizza always shows that it’s delivered but when I go look outside it’s not. It usually shows up cold about 10-20 min after showing delivered. You can’t call the store to see if they delivered it at the wrong house because it rings one time and then hangs up. They never have my sauce that I paid for. Every time I go in to pick up my order I have to wait 10 mins because apparently only one person in the store is allowed to hand people their order. My husband went there once after 30min of our order showing delivered and they said the guy came back to pick up more pizza and then was coming back to drop off ours??? They said they added a free pizza to our account but didn’t. I am now currently sitting here waiting on my pizza and it’s been 15 min since it’s showed delivered. It’s upsetting because I love papa John’s but this store needs a lot of work.
Pizza was fine. Went inside to pick up and the only person apparently allowed to hand me food was on the phone taking an order. She was visibly frustrated with the person on the phone. They accidentally gave me an extra pizza which I took back in.
