I had the turkey and brie. After I ordered I slightly chided myself for getting something so simple. But it was the right decision because it was so good. Can't wait to try more!

The staff is very nice. However, the food was middle of the road and the wait time was borderline criminal.Went on a very slow day for the venue and was one of the first 10 people to place an order (we were there when they opened). 40 Minutes later we were getting food.Keep in mind I came with about 15 other people that visited the other restaurants at this venue and they were sitting down with food inside of about 10 minutes.I was expecting maybe a 10-15 wait time since there was nothing being cooked when the order was placed and prep time is a thing. However, 40 minutes for a small cheeseburger and overdone fried chips is simply unacceptable. Lastly, let me just restate how nice the staff was and they can't be blamed for staffing issues. But it appeared that there was just one person handling the entire operation for a good deal of the time we were waiting.

Kettle chips were burnt, sandwich was just ok it wasn’t anything special. Seemed like it took awhile to get the food. Would find a different place.

The best Reuben I’ve ever had. You gotta get the balance right on this sandwich and they nailed it. Perfectly toasted bread holding together earthy smoked beef and tangy kraut. I highly recommend it. Quick lunch service too.

The staff is nice but the food is substandard to put it nicely. The pizza is what I ordered for 2 different people on separate occasions and it's not what I would recommend.

Their buffalo chicken sandwich I had today was excellent. It was a special, so it may not be available for long(please make it a permanent menu item). It is a combination of simple ingredients, but the artistry of execution is what elevates the simple to the exceptional.

The Cuban sandwich was not very good. The Reuben sandwich was delicious. We wanted a Deviled Egg Flight but they said they didn't have that which was disappointing. Instead we got "The Bleu Buffalo" loaded chips which were very very salty. I would come back and get another Reuben but not the other two things.

Went to Pepper and Parm at Stovehouse Thursday evening. I had a burger with brisket. Delicious and juicy! I’ll definitely be back.

Chips were very bland and not very good, and the sandwich was pretty average. Not a lot of sauce so it was a dry sandwich. I was disappointed with our choice to go here over the other restaurants so close.

The sandwich was good. I had the turkey and brie. The side of pasta salad was small but pretty good. A napkin and a fork would have been nice to put in the bag for to go order or at least let someone know if they’re available to obtain in store to take.

I had to give one star due to the service that my husband just experienced. Today was our first day and as we are walking in, both ladies were arguing with each other and proceeded to continue as we were there. They didn’t say hello, welcome, or anything greeting us as we walked in. As they finished arguing if the previous order wanted just cheese or not and how he said he wanted cheese and so she assumed he meant just cheese and both saying “saying yeah whatever” she walks over to the register and as she is walking over she is still arguing with the other girl and they both were being extremely rude and their attitude made us not want to return. Due to this experience I decided not to eat here and my husband continue to try the Gaucho (the same burger they were arguing about). While taking his order, every word he said, she interrupted him and he had to repeat the things he didn’t want because she was interrupting and rushing him along. They were both acting as if him ordering, was a burden to them. His food was finally ready and he goes in to get it and doesn’t see the two girls, he sees a man and the man showed good service.

Such a great spot to grab a bite - the chipotle black bean burger is one of the best in town!

The burger was overly cooked, the chips, weren't good but, the pizza was decent.

I ordered the Reuben and did not find the smoked pastrami palatable, the pieces were small and tough. The sandwich was skimpy on sauerkraut. Admittedly, my standards are set high as the Reuben at Ol Heidelberg’s is absolutely dreamy, each bite is like tasting a little bit of heaven. And, the Reuben at Jason’s deli is a close second. So those Reubens are my benchmarks.I was going to leave a 3-star review and likely not return to Parm and Pepper as I can be a one and done customer in a highly competitive market. However, in addition to be hesitant to leave anything less than a 4-star review of a small business, I read the other reviews and am hopeful to return for a tastier option. The rave reviews of the hot turkey and Brie and the picture of fried chicken pieces over homemade kettle chips with scallions looks delicious. I can’t find this last option on the menu but it appears to be a improvised version of chicken nachos ?. I’d also try the fried hot chicken sandwich and ask for a fried egg as an add-on.I would also suggest adding skinny Parmesan or and or garlic fries onto the menu. Apparently no Stovehouse business sells fries and there appears to be a demand. Poutine would also be a fantastic add-on.
