My first experience at this place was absolutely horrible. Service is everything to me! Based on the service alone… Giving it a rating of a 1 is pretty generous. I’m normally very understanding when it comes to staff shortage, because most places are combatting this issue. However, the communication could have possible eliminated the frustration. We went as a party of 17. We were seated and our orders were taken. We waited on the food for almost an hour. We weren’t too upset about the wait because we were all enjoying the drinks and live entertainment. When the food finally came out…They had all of our orders on two trays. That’s 17 orders placed on TWO trays. In their defense…they ran out of clean trays. The waitress didn’t know what order belonged to who. It was quite disturbing. Not only was the orders mixed altogether, there were a lot of missing items. I placed an order for turkey, and I didn’t receive it because they ran out. Honestly, I wasn’t mad about them not having anymore…I was more upset at the fact that I waited almost an hour to get my food and no one bothered to come out and say, “Heyyyy, we’re out of turkey. Is there anything else you would like to order?” I guess they ASSumed I didn’t want to eat, because they ran out of what I originally ordered. I was way too irritated to order anything else. So, I can’t give an honest review on the food because I didn’t get the opportunity to try it! The chances of us returning to this place is slim to none.

We were so excited to try this restaurant, so the letdown was massive. We went in during off-hours on a weekday. The menu is terrible. I have attached a photo. You can't just get a sandwich unless you want a $17 one with all sorts of things on it. The meat is ordered by the 1/4 pound. There are no photos of how much this amount would be. When we asked the waitress, we simply got "usually 2 slices." The daily specials show baked potatoes, but they don't have any. We actually ended up just leaving without eating or ordering. The waitress clearly didn't want us there; it was obvious by her attitude. We will never return here. Also, for being a cowboy bar, there is nothing cowboy about it except the words on the wall. All the TVs had football on them. Come on, put a rodeo or cowboy channel on a few!
