Hot, fresh, and delicious! What a gem this place is.
I can't believe I wasted years driving past this food truck and not checking it out! You absolutely MUST follow them on Facebook to see when and what they will be serving. Typically they have a steak and shrimp or other nice meal on Monday evenings ($15 including tax!), a family meal on Wednesday evenings ($12!) and - my favorite - Friday lunch.
