There isn't enuf meat on the sandwiches, but if u pay for double the meat, it's more $, of course, BUT U MUST get double meat, or it's just too much ? & very little insides! I used to work at The Mill Bakery, Eatery, & Brewery back in the 90s & they were affiliated with Schlotzsky's! Same bread! & we made AWESOME pizzas with that bread as well! ❤️?????

Fast food, which was fast. Good service both at the ordering counter and on the floor, where I was instantly helped when I looked helpless.Ambiance is open and airy. Can be a bit noisy at rush times, but not bad. My bad ears could still hear my wife easily. (No. There is no implication here.)NON-TRIGGER ALERT: This is NOT a complaint. It is a description. The bread at this restaurant, on any sandwich, is thick and a bit spongy. Not at the expense of the filling. You get the meat and cheese, etc., that you pay for and expect. The spongy texture of the bread is somewhat offset by a bit of crusty crispness, but that covers a bread with large bubbles baked in. It's not your local grocery Wonder Bread. Not a complaint, just an expectation adjustment because their pictures on the menu wall did not lead me to understand this.I had, however, not a sandwich but a pizza. That crust was thin and crispy. It was a decent pizza that I'd order again. Not the same quality as you get from a fine pizzeria, but.Schlotzsky's doesn't bill itself as a pizzeria, Their drinks are self-service Coke products and tea. The only condiments on display were their signature hot sauce, salt, and pepper.For parents of youngsters, the only napkins are those delivered with your food at table. No dispensers. You may want to ask for extras at time of ordering or food delivery .Bottom line: they do a good job of sandwiches and the pizza is fine, too.
