Inside and ordered and it took me 15 minutes to get my order because the people that ordered online and the drive-through were considered priority! Then the coffee that that I got was cold! People that were preparing, had bad attitudes when I asked after waiting 15 minutes about my order and they’re not being anybody else on the inside ! Response was that drive-through and online orders are priority

The baristas here are very pretentious and condescending. The employee here by the name of Christian was very rude. After reporting his inappropriate comment to the shift leader she was more interested in absolving him than having a talk with him. I am a frequent patron of this particular location. I don’t know if his nasty attitude this day was because of my race or if he was having a bad day. There are plenty of other locations be weary about coming to this one. I will be taking this to corporate as well.

Always gives me attitude about putting in mobile orders while In a 30 minute line, I’m still helping you do your job, heaven forbid I put in 2 drinks while waiting. Will update review if their attitude changes . I spend twenty dollars, funny how Panera gets a 20 dollar tip each week and a 2 dollar tip each day. I come here weekends only because of y’all’s attitude .

Maggie the manager up here at this location has caused unnecessary drama. She has involved her staff in ALL of her arguments that SHE starts with the CUSTOMERS and then DENIES people their stuff. I have a video of this girl doing it to me AND to other people. This girl has NO right being a manager anywhere. She needs to see a therapist, if you even look at this girl wrong she will turn into the Starbucks POLICE and KICK you out she does nothing but make everyone unhappy who she doesn’t want to serve. I mean thankfully we can always use DoorDash or go somewhere down the rd for Starbucks but to be quite frank if Maddie had it her way she would probably burn Starbucks whole company to the ground because shes Absolutely insanely evil.

this starbucks is one of the best i’ve been too! especially Maggie, she has the patience of a saint and always gets my order right, i am very picky about my skinny macchiato and Maggie makes it right every time! the employees here are so great ?

The staff at this store is amazing. I don't know how they keep up as well as they do seeing how busy it is all the time. They're always really nice too which can't be easy when you see how some of the customers act. It costs zero dollars to be a decent human.

I can’t say enough good things about this Starbuck’s location. I’ve been to Starbuck’s from the original Seattle location to Timbucktoo and there’s none. Maggie always anticipates my order and delivers it fast and accurately. Nobody makes a better half-caff chai tea latte better! And even when Karen is in the house making life difficult, she maintains her equanimity and treats everyone courteously.

There is nobody more insane and self-unaware than the general public, yet the staff at this location manage to deal with them in a very calm and professional manner day in and day out. They make me feel welcome every time I come in, and they have never led me to believe that I could warm up a vanilla bean scone. That Maggie sure is cute, too.
