I was so excited to try this place. Was not welcoming at all. Just left after being sat for 10 minutes and never getting drinks. We already knew what we wanted to order just couldn’t get service and they did not seem understaffed, they were plenty of people standing around and open tables.

Delicious food, unique experience. Its expensive, but you can eat as much as you want. The sides are good, even the fries which we ate every bit of. Rice comes in a cute little pot. We got a ribeye which was almost impossible to cut with the scissors. There were no knives available, we asked the waitress. Just scissors. We got a second helping and we decided to cut it up before cooking and it was still very hard to do in confined quarters with many different things surrounding you. It had a very good flavor though. You could tell it was well seasoned. Its very loud in there, I think because of the high ceilings and food being cooked and the fact that I'm not young anymore, but I couldn't hear half of what my friends were saying seated across from me. But the food is good, you get a chance to try things you've never tried before and if you don't like them, you can get something else. I liked the brisket, which was sliced thin and quick to cook. I didn't get a hot pot but my companions did and liked it a lot. I like the idea of getting soup and picking what you want to go in it. That's a fun concept. I'll definitely be back. Maybe don't get the steak unless you have more patience than I do lol.

This was me and my friends first experience with hotpot, and it was fantastic! Everyone was super nice, especially Charles and Marie. They both were so friendly and fun, and explained everything really well! Will definitely look forward to coming again.

It's very different from the norm. Don't hesitate to ask for help, and the staff was very attentive.
The food here is very good! It is a very fun place where you grill your own food as in Korea! The meats are plentiful as well as the sides. Expect to pay a bit more but lunch is less.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed

Korean barbecue. Not great instructions and service was inconsistent. Beef and pork were good, chicken was awkward to cook. They were out of several items and some sides were more like garnish than dishes.
