Went in today at 9 , which is says that they are open at 8 . I still had to wait 30 minutes for them to prep , count money and clean toaster . When you said your open at 8 , everything should be prepped then . I came in a hour after opening .

It takes a lot to get a negative post from me. My wife and I ordered our food online to save some time and not only was our food not ready 20 min later when we arrived but the male employee insisted that was incorrect location. Then he realizes he just didn't check but the order was there all along. No apologies just an attitude that seemed they really didn't want anyone there. It felt like he was mad because he had to work. He was sitting where the customers typically sit when we pulled up and he greeted us with an expressionless stare until we walked in and he got up. How dare us wanting to bring our business there. You better believe we aren't going back and I'll be sure to let people know how customers are treated. Subway had gone down hill.

Customer service was very unpleasant. I went to ask if there I could receive the birthday gift that Subway offers me and was reluctantly told "NO". They could be kinder in customer service. I do not recommend this store specifically.

I have come to this store repeatedly to be greeted by the same nonsense. People taking orders are very disrespectful, ignored my order, didn't listen to a word I said, rolled their eyes at me, and tossed my sandwich towards me at checkout. Never spending my money here ever again! They ought to be ashamed of themselves. If they don't want to work, go home and be broke! Icing on cake so to speak was they literally stood there and stared at me while I ate (I dined in before leaving) with ugly faces. Don't eat at this location! SMH
I don't generally like to do this sort of thing. But to pay $10 for what is clearly a bologna sandwich and have the person tell me its a cold cut combo is insulting. I work in the restaurant industry, i cant believe that its okay to be that combative in their storefront, telling me im wrong. Not the first time they've completely messed up our order, but definitely not trying again. You could have fixed it, no need to be rude.

I knocked on the door finally and the guy looks at me and shakes his head. He didn't come to the door to explain why they weren't open or anything. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful!

Horrible experience customer service was just horrible nasty attitude act like they didn't want to be there for mad because I asked for certain things on my sub also got charge for two six inches when it really was a footlong very horrible I am definitely going to be getting in touch with the manager for sure.
