Not sure which Subway location this is, but the one on Sparkman n the Wal-Mart was short handed. I placed my order online 'n went to pick up when told it was ready...of course I had already paid for it. Got there 'n not only was my wrap NOT ready, but it took an additional 30 minits +/- b4 it was. The manager comp'd my by offer'n a drink/chips.

They are so slow with service to have so many employees on the clock. They always have earbuds in their ears. They do not accept coupons either.

Not pleased at all, this place is so slow. I did a online order and even that is a waste of time. It took 5 times to finally get a order in. The page is very slow loading, and it kept wanting me to sign up and when I did it the page emptied my cart and I had to start all over again. It gave me a time to pick up order and when I got there they were just starting to make my order. And got home and found 3 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong. And my son wanted ranch doritos and they were so old they were stale. They don't check product dates, and they don't care if order is correct.

The employees at that Subway is very courteous and clean. Their food is very fresh. Everytime I go there they're cleaning good job.....

Every time I visit this place there always our of something but they're located inside of Walmart. No tomatoes, no dressing, no Turkey or cucumbers for my salad that cost 10.00 and then I had to purchase dressing and tomatoes from Walmart. No visiting again.

Had Bad Customer Service she was the Shift Leader then over charged me for my food then when I asked for refund, the shift lead called someone on the phone and told me I have to wait on manager to come and give me my money back. This further shows the poor customer service I received! I am a consumer and I work hard for mine and not spending my money no where I’m not treated to my satisfaction. IDC who you are black, white. purple. green. orange it doesn’t matter!

It's Subway. Having said that, this location has higher than average prices. $9.04 for a foot long cold cut combo here. Go 1.2 miles down the road and that subway is $7.18. Sometimes you just gotta "go the extra mile."

I love Subway and have ordered from here before but today I ordered on Uber Eats and the restaurant did not toast my spicy Italian sandwich. It was super cold and ruined the entire sub. I understand mistakes happen but when you order like that it’s almost impossible to have it fixed. Very disappointed today!!
