My order was wrong , I get it fixed and it look like they just threw it together and thrown in the bag , my quesadilla was not cooked properly, this was my first time stopping by for lunch and will be last .

Forced me to come inside at 7 pm on a Sunday. Drive through was working perfectly find, said only way to get our food was come inside. Same lady also just watched everyone else work!

There was an older couple waiting for service in front of me and not an employee in sight. When an employee came from the back to the drive thru window she yelled from the drive thru window to us that to order we needed to use the kiosk. I let her know I had an online order. She yelled again from her spot at the drive thru to check the counter. I did find my box labeled with my order but no drink. The dragon fruit freeze was not an icy as it should be. She asked me to try it first. I told her it would do. She was polite and personable at this point. I also ordered another taco from the kiosk. That was prepared quickly! However, after receiving both my orders and returning back to work I opened my box and my chips were missing. It's expected these days not to get great service in fast food establishments. I don't expect much anymore. But could you at least have gotten my order right before barking at me to check the counter?

You have got to try the new steak grilled cheese burrito. Omg it's to die for. It is so delicious. I need to get it all the time. But I get it either the combo or the box. So much food for so little price. It's awesome. You've got to go there.

This is how I got my burrito. Photo speaks for itself. It tastes fine but is spilling out when I eat it. Nobody at the front just the drive thru so you might have to use the kiosks.

It is a taco bell and I love most of the taco bells and their employees. I have sometimes pretty much lived on the bean burrito (no onions, no cheese).Vegetarian options: Moreso vegan, but I eat the bean burrito without cheese often. Sometimes they forget and give me cheese and I have to feed it to my brother and that makes me sad.You can also get the cheesy bean and rice burrito without the sauce and cheese and add red sauce, which is very tasty but I only order on the kiosk because it's hard to explain.

Very surprised by the low reviews at this location. I find that most places have just negative reviews, I disagree with this place. I stopped at the Whitesburg Dr location tonight, and a lady named April was working drive thru. Typically, at 11pm, most places aren't very chipper to take your order, lol, but she understood the assignment!! She was very nice and had a genuine smile on her face. She needs a raise bc that kind of service isn't something you can buy. BURGER KING, give this lady a raise, please. Oh, also, the food was on point. My taco was perfectly prepared, and my Cinnabons were on POINT!!!
