To start it took longer than the quoted wait time to be seated. Then it took about 10 minutes for server to come to the table just to say I will be right back. The other 2 in my party said there food was good but my country fried sirloin was fried in really old grease. It had a really burned grease after taste. My drink ran out for a while and I had to ask for a refill from another server cause we never saw our server again after the food came to the table. It was my first time at this location and I was not impressed and I will not be back.

So I want to start by saying our server was beyond amazing his name Duvall he attentive and came to check on us every 5 mins or so. But our food was horrible we were a group of 5 we ordered loaded fries as an app it was not fresh at all. We all ordered steaks and everything from our sides to our steak was cold and disgusting and when we complained they warmed it up I’m sure it was in the microwave because the plates were hotter then the steak and not once did the manager come to do a table touch and see if our problem was fixed when we asked what was the reason for her not coming to do a table the server told us she stated she was on the phone dealing with another complaint. $250 for horrible food.

The food is great and our waiter is great, but it is to flippin cold in your Resturant. We are currently sitting in the restaurant and everyone around us is either shivering or they have their winter coat on. It is almost unbearable.... I guess they just want us to eat and leave making room for others to come in. Run them off is their motto here!

Great Food , great service. We sat at the bar and the bartender was phenomenal.. We had a great time..Our steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly. Rolls, salad and baked potatoes were excellent.
There were no complaints from our party of seven. The food was cooked as ordered and was very good. Our drinks were refilled on time even though there was a full house.The rolls were great as usual, lol.We will be back!!!

Ordered on line for pick up at their window ( no dedicated parking spaces). Ordered the portobello mushroom chicken minus Jack cheese and Parmesan and received grilled chicken breast with absolutely nothing on it, no portebello sauce. Rice side was lackluster. The honey cinnamon butter was poorly flavored country crock.

My wife and I last Friday found ourselves hungry and driving past Texas Roadhouse and knowing we hadn’t eaten there in awhile (since the last time we got delicious ribeyes from them 4 years ago) we ordered take out! My wife got a delicious steak and baked potato and sweet potato — and celebrated how flavorful and perfectly cooked her steak was. I ordered the small ribeye with sides of Caesar salad and Texas Roadhouse chili. My salad was good, but nothing to brag about. My Ribeye steak was cooked a good medium and juicy! The order was prepared quickly and my bag contained everything it needed including some tasty soft warm rolls! The establishment was packed at 8:40pm so clearly folks believe this is a good place to go.But that’s where the good ends and the bad begins! While the chili was flavorful the meat was nothing but gristle NOT meat — every bite was gristle! What in the world is the chef thinking? That he can just trim all the gristle off the steaks and throw it in the chili and no one will notice??? Seriously Texas Roadhouse you can do better! Your chili could have been great, but I had to throw it away it was so bad.Turned a very good meal into a disappointment and makes me not want to go back for another 4 or 5 years.

I was in a party of 7, hair was in one's salad, I got my steak and a long strain of hair was across my bake potato reaching to my steak, that was a no, no for me, I couldn't eat the replacement meal

I can't say enough about my server Tara. ( I think I spelled her name right). She was very attentive to me. I was in town training and she made my last day there enjoyable. Also the food was excellent.
