Pretty annoyed. Had a reservation for our wedding anniversary. Showed up 15mins early and was told they were not doing their menu and only offering an expensive wine paring with small plates. Nothing was mentioned on their website or when I made the reservation that they were doing a special thing and not offering their menu. The hostess was super rude about it, like it was on us for not knowing. So our anniversary night is now a mess and we have to find somewhere else to eat, last minute. This would have been our first time here. Definitely won't return.

Great food, great service - always top notchUnfortunately, their valet service is the worst I’ve ever seen. “Bird dog” does their valet and crashed my car and has since gone completely MIAAlton Jones from birddog asked me to get quotes, assured me that it would be taken care of and that he’s discussing with his insurance company“I have heard back from the claims department and insurance is requesting a total of three estimates. Each from a different shop.”I sent the estimates after having three different shops estimate it - it was over $28,000 in damage.Good ole Alton has since gone MIA - no response, no calls being answered and no email replyAlton Jones and Kevin Thomas are crooks. I’ve had to get council and will be filing a lawsuit against them personally and their “company”

My husband and I chose to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary dinner here and we were both absolutely blown away! Though we are both Huntsville natives, this was our first time to dine here but it most certainly won’t be the last. Our waitress, Abigail was attentive, kind, and made the best suggestions to enhance our dining experience. The food was outstanding and cooked to perfection. We will most definitely be back!

I always come here everyone in a while, the food and service is always amazing. I come up to the bar, Avery always does his best to make sure that service is always top notch. He's always great with drinks, gives great recommendations, gives you new things to try, overall he know's what you want to try. The vibes and atmosphere is always calm and professional. I had the muscles and they were honestly the best thing I've had. I'm not a fan of muscles, but I like to keep trying things and seeing how differently everything is made. These muscles are the best thing I've had.

First I wanna say our waitress was fantastic and bless the staff because the restaurant is SEVERELY overbooked. Me and my girlfriend went here after I made reservations two weeks in advance, got there 20 minutes early to a room CROWDED with 24 people (I counted) all waiting to be seated. The hostess couldn’t even check us in till 20 minutes past our reservation time because of the cluster. We finally got seated at 6:45 (our reservation was at 6) and was told the specials and ordered our drinks. After getting our water we had to wait 15 minutes to order because of how overbooked it was. Overall took around a hour to get our food, and when we did my girlfriend took a bite of her mashed potatoes and pulled out a huge piece of Saran Wrap from her food. The restaurant offered me $10 off my ticket for this and I asked to talk to the manager. The manager was too “busy” and offered us another $10 off. If you are going to pay over $200 for a date night meal, then I highly recommend you find another place to eat. I’m embarrassed I took my girl here for Valentine’s Day.

Let me start by saying the service was excellent - it's the establishment itself which is severely lacking. We were seated in the "Chef's Table" room which is a small, cold, bland room an elevator ride and five minute twisting walk through another building.Even though we visited on February 16th, the restaurant still used their "Valentine's Menu" which is the same as the regular menu except each item is $3-$4 more. Deceitful business practice.Hong Kong fish worse meal ever. Presentation is disgusting. Dried, shriveled piece of tasteless seafood drowned in fish broth with wilted, soaked vegetables, overcooked noodles, with two whole disgusting shrimps for your cutting and peeling amusement. The mussels appeared inedible and were moved to the side plate upon arrival. You get to eat this $60 "special" with a fork the size best suited for a toddler. I left it mostly uneaten. My wife's scallops were equally unappealing. Heavily seasoned with some Mediterranean bulk mix, then microwaved. And please spend more than 39 cents on your near-plastic, sample size wine glasses. Your price point demands a bit more class for the diners.I paid for the entire meal, tipped the very nice but obviously very overworked waiter over 25%, then explained the above to him. I've been to The Bottle a couple of times before for business meals, but not again. I wouldn't waste my time on an establishment which increases their menu prices for a holiday and days after. What appears at first to be a cozy atmosphere is quickly realized to be a chaotic excuse for an establishment maximizing their bottom line at the expense of your dining experience.

Everything was subpar. My boyfriend and I chose this place as a late valentines dinner. Reservation was at 5pm, right at opening, which I'm thankful for because by the time we left, the place was so packed, like a nightclub packed. Insane. The hostess didn't greet us and she was wearing a sweatshirt with jeans, not a good look for an upscale restaurant. She also didn't guide us to the table or explain that we were going up an elevator, it was like we were supposed to know what was happening even though we've never been there before. Service was ok. Although our server was very kind and we could tell she was busy, they all seemed to be very unprepared. It took a while to get my samples of wine and even longer for the actual wine to arrive and the glasses were dirty. We order the soup of the day, gumbo, but were later informed they were out and offered us tomato bisque. We opted out but they tried to deliver it to the table anyways. The bottle rocket shrimp appetizer was very good, perfect flavor and just a little spicy. My venison steak was delicious, the venison sausage had a distinctive flavor, good but not for me. Fingerling potatoes were not fingerling, just actual whole roasted potatoes with little seasoning. My boyfriend had the filet with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies. Filet was cooked perfectly but everything was lukewarm. Very unprofessional for an "upscale dining experience" and the price. The dining area upstairs was 63° (I saw the thermostat) and I was so uncomfortable the whole time. We had very high hopes for this place, saved it for a special occasion and were not impressed.

Love this restaurant! We went on Valentine's Day and enjoyed everything about our dining experience. We arrived fifteen minutes before our reservation and were seated immediately. Our table was upstairs by the window which offered a pleasant view of the street below. The waiter was very attentive and polite, prompt in taking our order and bringing our drinks. My husband ordered the scallops and I chose the salmon. Both meals were very good. The risotto that accompanies the salmon was surprisingly good, a simple side dish but perfect with the entree. It was a very pleasant evening and the next best part is it was quiet. No loud music. The couple next to us overheard me commenting on how good the food was so she also ordered the salmon. We enjoyed talking to them for a bit after dinner, an added benefit of not having loud music that inhibits conversation. This was a very nice Valentine's Day that I will remember for a long time.

Price vs food was not fair Nothing magical about their ribeye and venison plates for almost 180$!! Service was good though.

Food was great. Service was poor. Had a reservation and still waited forever. Was not served at the bar for at least 10 minutes. Was sprayed when he opened a ginger beer. Funny, but not very professional. They had a young kid trying to deal with getting people seated. Bless him. People cramped in the small lobby. No one there to take your name. It was raining and people who had reservations were standing in the rain. To sum it up, it is being run about as well as our government.

One of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. We went for my husband's birthday and made reservations in advance. Our table was basically in front of this curtain that separates the dining room from the bar area and entrance, but it does nothing to keep out the very cold air that is being let in each time the door opens and closes. Apparently we couldn't be moved to another table, as the "best they could do" was to try and close the useless curtain a little tighter. Not sure why we couldn't be moved to another open table. The food was overpriced for the quality. The menu was basic and I didn't see anything that seemed very creative, or that would make me want to come to this specific restaurant out of all the other higher end restaurants in the area. My steak was overcooked but the waiter never returned to the table for me to send it back. Waitstaff seemed condescending and uncaring. Absolutely horrendous experience.
