I would not recommend this restaurant. You wait a very long time for simply bread. In addition, it also takes more than an hour for your food just for it to be cold. And there are bugs on the floor.

First time I've ever been to a cheesecake factory and it definitely did not disappoint. Went on a Friday around 5:00 and did not have to wait on a table. The atmosphere and decor is very nice. Waitress and waiter were friendly and helpful. I wasn't prepared for the amount of choices on the menu but I chose the Louisiana Chicken pasta without mushrooms and it was huge portion so I had take home serving also. Was not spicy at all and the Parmesan crusted chicken was great with it. It was served with 2 chicken breast. My husband had bacon burger and said it was great. My son had the bang bang shrimp and chicken and said it was good. The cheesecake menu selection was amazing. We ordered ours to go. Had the red velvet, cherry Godiva, caramel, and the plain with strawberry. The prices are not bad as compared to most other places now and you get huge servings so it was well worth the money paid. Wish we had one of these restaurants closer to where I live but I thoroughly enjoyed eating here while traveling.

My husband and I took the grandkids to The Cheesecake Factory at the Bridge Street Town Centre. It was 4:00 on a Saturday, but the wait was still nearly an hour. They enjoyed the kids' pasta Alfredo and corn dogs. My husband ordered the the fried chicken Cobb salad and said it was good. I ordered the Shephard's Pie. It was ok. There were large chunks of ground beef in it. The Godiva chocolate cheesecake was delicious as always. Our server was very nice and brought the kids' food out first.

Food was ok, nothing special. I would recommend looking at the menu before you get there. If not you will be there forever trying to decide with so many choices.

My wife and I are here tonight, and while the food was great, the customer service was outstanding. Sarah who I believe is the hostess manager went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. And Asia our waitress was amazing. Incredibly personable and was on top of everything. Even making sure that we got an anniversary presentation for one of our cheesecakes. I can’t thank these two enough for doing what they did and making our trip so enjoyable.
All our meals were fantastic; the staff was friendly and very helpful;and they decorated the birthday celebration cheesecake beautifully! Thanks so much to you all!

Out of the 6 dinners. Most were great. Gumbo was lacking in favor. Rice was dry and just warm. 2 dinners came with fries and they were cold. Not warm but cold. The shrimp scampi and the scampi Steak Diane were great. The fried shrimp were enormous. More on the scale of pawns.Did not like the coleslaw. Overly sweet and had an odd favor. Crab dip was heavy on the green onions and not much crab flavor. Fried cheese was ridiculously large and very good. The pretzels were nice and hot. The beer cheese was excellent.

Our server was great! She helped us in deciding what to get. Not disappointed at with the food recommendations. The food was pretty good. I got the Louisiana pasta... something like that (delicious!). My family got two other pasta dishes as well, which were all yummy. And we also got the spinach dip. My only complaint is that everything was a bit oily. Like we could see the oil sitting on the food. Maybe it was due to all the cheeses. But for my first time there I wasn't disappointed. I will be back to try some of the many other dishes.
