To add to the lack of professionalism and reasons, not to go here, the corporate level doesn’t even care! They put that little message down below told me to reach out I explained everything, not a word, crickets. This is the biggest joke of a restaurant chain I have ever seen! If you’re not careful, they’ll at minimum make you ill, and they could possibly kill you.We stopped in for breakfast, I ordered a veggie hummus wrap with no cheese and no ranch, I’m pretty certain it had ranch in it, and it had chicken in it, that particular wrap doesn’t even have chicken as an ingredient. When I took it back, the lady goes it’s just one piece of chicken, and they proceeded to give me dirty looks. Then they made excuses like, “oh there’s only one piece of chicken in it, she said she didn’t put ranch in it so it’s probably not in there.” We will never go here again! You can literally kill people with food. It is also shocking that they don’t have a bowl with no dairy and nothing is fresh.

Good food. Normally has good service, but not today. Please teach the importance of customer service. The workers weren’t friendly and seemed annoyed that I was there.
I really hate to leave a "bad" review and I honestly waited to give them a chance but it's only gotten worse. They were great when they first opened, drive thru was pretty slow at times but I don't mind waiting for quality, but the quality has gotten progressively worse over the past month or 2. I used to go by almost every day on my way to work but I just can't spend any more money on thrown together food, half burnt/hard flat bread, smoothies that are watery bc they've sat on the counter for prob at least 10 minutes. I'm really disappointed bc this was my spot but I work too hard to waste money on poor quality on top of teenagers that dang near throw the bag at u out the window. Oh well..

My visit here was the highlight of my whole week. The smoothie was amazing, but what really made this the most amazing fast food experience of my life was their employee Jada. She is the most amazing worker I've ever seen. She works hard and got me my smoothie lighting fast, makes amazing smoothies, and has the most wonderful personality. In my opinion, she should be serving at very high-class restaurants, not fast food. But yet she is still kind enough to give tropical smoothie Cafe her amazing talents. If I was in charge, I would give her a 127.65% raise. Bc she's the most valuable and amazing worker a restaurant could ask for.

Food is consitant and made well. Service and wait time can be drastically improved. I have had to wait over 45 min in the drive-through and inside for 1 smoothie with no other customers present to pose issue of wait times. The staff is usually unhappy and unpleasant.
