This WAFFLE HOUSE is THE BEST IN THE CITY. I only go in the mornings or mid day and the STAFF IS ALWAYS WELCOMING. GREAT ATTITUDES ❤️ VERY CHEERFUL AND THE FOOD IS ALWAYS GREAT. I recently had to visit another WAFFLE HOUSE up the street from this one and it was very disappointing all the way around. They could take some tips from This One.

Great people at this location, but the place is very dirty, we sat in the booth upfront and you could see how much trash and food and just mess under the stoves and waffle cook area, definitely needs a good cleaning. At least the food was OK..

I visit many Waffle House's in Huntsville. The one on Pratt is OK. I wish they would shut down the one on University and Jordan Lane.Update: The Waffle House on University and Jordan Lane burned my food, gave me the wrong order, and then could not give us a receipt because no one knew how to work the new cash register. Completely incompetent and LAZY.

I made a take out order they charged me 2.20 service charge and 2.20 ToGo fee and 2.00 tip fee on a Togo order the food was nasty and over cooked I need my 6.40 back stay away from this nasty

I must Admit the new grill operator that’s a female name MsButter knows exactly what’s she doing on that graveyard shift. i stopped and she was the only person in there willing to get me serviced and out the door. She is what they need. if she not there cooking i will not eat honestly. she made sure the grits was great before she serve and made her tip bigger than what i normally give she cooked and served me can you say multitask❤️
