Service is very low level. I'm not expecting that high level of service but I get better service pretty much anywhere else. It's worth me driving downtown or to Owens Crossroads to get better service for the money I spend.

Manager on Duty Caleb told me the order I sent back was cooked how he thought was right but not how I asked. He then told me I was projecting and that I was being rude. My family left without eating. The worst customer service I have encountered.

I never been to waffle houses where I seen the most disrespectful employees ever and I was waiting to have my order taken and one girl just walk past me I was on my phone with a call and she had and attitude I told to get me sec after I got the phone she walks past me like was not their and customer come in and she goes take their order so I left never go back again until they get better employees with + attitude .
