In my opinion it is by far the best Waffle House in Huntsville and probably all of Alabama. Food is good the staff is always friendly. I eat there all the time and the only problem I've ever had was an item number two wish forgotten on a takeout order.
It would have been great, but the atmosphere in there was kind of dismal. Tried to make conversation with the waitress, did actually cook my breakfast. After I got my breakfast and I left Tried to be nice and say thank you. She didn't have anything to say. Good luck when you go here.

This is long overdue as I haven't been back to this location in over a year now. I came in about 6 am or 7 am with my childrenbto get breakfast before school. I ordered a cup of coffee and the server just set the cup of coffee down and walked off. She was extremely not friendly. I had no creamer or sweetener. I waited patiently for her to return and she did not until after my coffee had gotten room temp. When i finally got out of my seat and asked for the creamer she snapped at me to get back to my seat and she would bring it to me. She spent most of the time talking to co workers standing in one spot and ignoring us not at all working. Food wasn't good. Kitchen where they cook was disgusting. The server was bragging about getting a position as a team lead or a manager. I was completely taken aback. This was the worst server I have ever had. I recently visited the memorial location after quitting waffel house for a year and would recommend that location. Clean friendly and the food is great!!

Everything in sight was NASTY! Looked to be a regular civilian hanging out on the back line kissing with a female worker all while Daniel needed help getting things together. He shouldn't have been left alone at all! Don't recommend at all

Every table was dirty upon entry. 2 waitresses sitting there on their phone. They kept making eye contact but never came to table. Cook was outside smoking. Worst experience I have ever had in a Waffle House.

Today this location at breakfast was morgue-like. No greeting when entering or exiting. Took about 10 minutes for any server to acknowledge us. Even when I went up to pay the bill, no one would acknowledge me. Not only was our server taking orders, but also doing most of the cooking. Our food was good, and we admire our server for all that she had to take on. The environment was depressing. Not what we’ve come to expect from Waffle House. The manager needs to wake up and take note. The restaurant was nearly full, and we understand being busy, but there was low- to no-energy from the servers.

I went and they didn't attend to me, it took about 25 minutes. After a while we asked and they asked us if we wanted more than what we were donating. I felt ignored we recommend this place today.
Terrible service I was waiting 15 minutes and had to ask for them to take my order, never asked if we wanted refills.

It was late. Staff was super chill. Maybe a bit too chill lol. No one was in a hurry including us so no biggie. Food was cooked properly, but ingredients we not in stock leaving a bit to be desired. Again staff was friendly and food was done well. So glad this location is open late for sit down. Keep it up guys. Overall really good experience as a whole.

Nothing like a late night trip to Waffle House. Got our order perfectly on the first try (as per usual) and everyone was super nice (especially for how late it was). When I go to a WH, this is the one I try to go to as much as possible!

Second time we have come here with no service. First time they said they didn't have a cook. Second time the parking lot had about 5 cars and all the employees were sitting in their cars, no one was inside. As we walked in a worker said they weren't taking orders
