Hands down the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Consistently understaffed and only have a drive-thru open, and when they do have the staff available, they don't know what they're doing. Terrible service all around. This location will probably close soon if this continues.

My mother ordered a burger from here yesterday evening. After taking a bite, she looked down and saw that the inside of the burger was raw. I usually would not complain about fastfood as I'm in the food service industry as well, but I draw the line at unsafe food practices.

The food was good but the doors were locked and two employees were at the garage area smoking. People were inside but yet all the doors were locked!

I just went through the drive-thru so I can't really tell you anything about the store, but, The drive-thru service was good there was a slight weight at the intercom for somebody to respond but it wasn't bad and the whole experience was pleasant.
If there was a negative option I would have put that. Guy running drive thru put no effort into helping me use my tap pay on my phone. He half way out the drink on my water so it spilled inside my car. To make it even better they can’t seem to bag food correctly. I would know I did this for 5 years

I came in for lunch on 2/26/24. I was treated to a lunch show by 2 employees arguing loudly and cursing at each other. Who I assume was the manager would walk up occasionally and tell them to shut the H up. This is my favorite wendys but that was utterly ridiculous. This is suppose to be a family friendly place. I was very disappointed.
The same food but no ice and limited drinks, the tables and place was nasty.
