Customer service means alot to me. The way you talk to and treat people is major important. I enjoyed the kindness of the employees. We're in the midst of a winter storm at the moment. They still took the time to be courteous and kind even though their store was busy. The maintenance guy held the door for me and helped me to my car. He carried my drinks and made sure I was okay. I wish I had gotten his name because I'd like to acknowledge him.
I've never been crazy about Wendy's but I have ate there a few times now they have always made a good burger to me not the way that I would make a burger but they make a pretty good burger but their chili is always a

Went here after church. Was hoping for some chili. Door was locked. Called them and asked what time do you open? “Can’t open ding room because we can’t find enough workers”. With 8 million new people in our country you’d think they could find someone to work.
