This Wendy's has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. Twice in the past month I have gone in there and been asked to use the kiosk, and the kiosk is still on breakfast menu making it impossible to order lunch. This last time, the menu was also in French, adding an additional layer of absurdity to what should be a very simple process. This last time I was there, I described this problem fervently to the manager, and he said "I don't have anyone for the front register right now". So what, exactly, are we supposed to do? I went to Whataburger. ?

Drive thru was very slow, messed up my order and over charged me. I had to wait in a parking spot for 10 additional minutes for food and it was cold. Of incould give a negative star it would be -5 star. Shut this location down or find new respectable employees.

We used the mobile app, which is great! However, we didn't get all our food and when my husband went inside to get it, they accused him of not being truthful. When we finally started to eat, we found our buns to be extremely stale and the chili on the fries tasted tinny. We won't be going back.

Poorly managing the drive thru. There was a white suv who had to pull up to wait for their food then they had me pull up to wait for mine. A truck behind me with a fat crazy lady who looking like a methed out miss piggy got out her truck to try to yell at me she can’t pull out when she could of easily backed up and went around me as no one was behind her. But this location should be telling us to park in a numbered parking spot to wait for our food. Not pull up.

Vegetarian options: typical restaurant, fries are obviously vegetarian and there are a few other things but there aren't really main foods that are vegetarian. but it's fast food, so that's expectedWheelchair accessibility: no stairs, all ramps. open space enough for wheelchairs to turn around, places for wheelchairs to sit at the lower tables

Went through the drive-thru. The human contact these days is really bad. These people don't smile and try very hard not to interact with customers. They had us to pull over to wait on our order to be filled and we had to wait 45 minutes after pulling out of line. Three (3) different people brought our order out to our car at three (3) different intervals!!! It really was a damn good thing that we checked our order closely!!! They were taking inside store orders after our order and filling them as fast as could be. The drive-thru moved fast also. We sat and watched the whole "show"! This process reeks of very bad management!! We spent 45$ on food at your fast food place that day. We will NEVER do that again!!! Wendy's should be ashamed. Better suggestion, CLOSE that fast food place!!There are MUCH better options for food just next door!Your food comes out cold except for the Frosty's. The Frosty's had melted because they had sat inside the joint no telling how long?? I know at least 45 minutes we sat in the parking lot!My only recommendation is to find another place to eat instead of this Wendy's!
Ordered 2 meals. Both with baconater burgers. I think between the two there was MAYBE 2 or 3 slices of bacon. It was ridiculous because I had to look to even find the small pieces of bacon even there.

I usually don’t have a bad experience with this one but tonight was not the best they messed me and my friends order up our food was cold and they put items on our sandwich that we don't eat and asked to take off and returned the bags but there was food missing and it was still
