Delivery driver walks in after having his hands down the back of his pants and they handed him the cup. He stuck his fingers inside the cup and fixed it for a customer that he was delivering to. When I brought this to their attention they had a fit about it. Restaurants need to stop handing the cups to these delivery drivers to fix for the customers.

The wings are awesome if you go before 6pm, for some reason after my 3rd time of going after 6:00 p.m the wings are always overcooked and barley have any sauce. If going after 6:00 p.m were my first time going to Wingstop I would not have returned.. If you go before that the wings are always awesome.. Another issue they have had is the fountain drinks are always out. So don't expecting a drink there's a high chance you won't get one... After spending $45 you expect your order to be right and excellent.. Never had an issue during the day, other than the fountain drinks being out many times. After going three or four times after 6:00 p.m. the wings are never good complete waste of money...We took the chance of coming last night and chanceing the wings being bad, They were not excellent but okay. The fountain drinks was out, no drinks... Came today fountain drinks was still out.. This is really making me disappointed.

Placed an order online to be ready at a certain time(an hour after I placed the order online) and when I walked into the lobby about a minute after my order was supposed to be ready. The person that was standing at the register was still thinking about what she wanted and finally placed her order, paid and sat to wait for her food. I walked up and told the cashier I had an online order and not only did the person who ordered while I was there get her food first but I had to wait and extra 10-15 minutes for my order. Instead of getting an apology for the incompetence, I got excuses. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

Came in to get a chicken sandwich, not very busy, 20 minutes later I’m still waiting. Lots of employees joking and standing around with no one in charge. Bathrooms were filthy. Stay away.
