Burned the nibblerz sandwich bread, it was literally black. We ordered two of the nibbler meals, both identical. We obviously requested they remake them, and they did so without fuss. The service is incredibly slow, and make sure to check they get it right. Otherwise, it was okay after this moment.

I’d give them 0 stars if i could. traveling through huntsville and i put the wrong address for a mobile order. rang forever then someone answered, asked if they could cancel my order and she said “uh, sorry no” then i checked the page to see how to go about getting help and it says “call the branch to get a refund” soooo….

Came by on a Sunday just after 12. Ordered, fine, found a booth to sit, not a lot of folks inside, food came in good order, food was good. It’s just that the AC was on. We were freezin. Cold rainy day outside too. We really couldn’t enjoy our meal cause it was so cold. Asked the server about an adjustment and she said she wasn’t allowed to adjust. Oh well.

After being the 1st and only ones to order. We still waited almost 20 minutes to only receive half our food. And NONE of the sauces we asked for. So as you can imagine while waiting for sauce and rest of our food the rest got cold. While continuing to wait I witnessed 3 others come back inside to exchange wrong or missing orders. This location does NOT hold the standard that you get at other locations. Absolutely terrible service. The employees didn't have any sense of urgency on fixing the issues or seem to really care. WILL NOT BE BACK HERE.

This will be out last time patronizing this location. We ordered a platter online for the 49ers games around 2:50pm. They said it would be ready around 3:50pm. My husband gets there and the order was not ready. They kept skipping over our order until finally someone went back there and made them make it. Over an hour later (5:30pm) and my husband is just getting home. NEVER AGAIN!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
They just forget a lot of the fiber details when closing an order, like utensils, napkins straws, other than that it's ok. They should change the unhealthy cooking oils to something more artery, heart friendly.

I’ll never spend my money at this location again I went Sunday around 5 and service was terrible ? I was over charged I only wanted one Cobb fried the other salad was supposed to be a Cobb with no meat but I was charged for two fried salads I went inside and it’s like no one there could comprehend that I was over charged I. Didn’t see a manager any where just a bunch of teenagers who couldn’t hold it together I paid for salads but I barely got any lettuce cheese my bacon wasn’t even shredded apart the salad was just thrown together to be honest I frequent zaxbys a lot and I get the same fried Cobb so I know how it is supposed to look that salad was the worst salad I’ve ever tried. All I wanted was my ordered corrected and my money replaced

Ordered a signature sandwich, they gave me the wrong one with bacon, I explained bacon can’t be on it due to religious reasons, they gave me the same sandwich back with no refund.
