Love to pay extra for sauce that I don’t get…. 12 fingers no sauce? Then I open my cheese bites and noticed I got beyond skimped but whatever then no sauce? I’m not asking for a custom order I’m asking and paying for something that should be routine. If your workers can’t insure that the order is correct, and of the right quantity, then maybe you should reevaluate charging for things such as sauce. This is after we had to go back because a whole drink was missing from a chicken finger plate!!!! I just don’t understand.

my boyfriend got the three nibblers meal they were super cold and not good the fries were soggy and cold! i got fried pickles and they were also cold with HAIR IN THEM!! we asked if there was ranch in the box and the guy said there was not one single dipping sauce in the bag or box and my friend got her wings with just the smallest amount of sauce in them! disgusting!!!!!

The hot wings are perfect every time. I went through the drive-thru for the first time - instead of waiting 10 minutes when I walk inside, my food was handed to me in two minutes!It's the drive-thru for me from now on.

I sat up there waiting about 20 minutes to get my order, mind you i ordered before everyone in line and still was waiting on my food the manager put my food in the online order stan, i was still waiting so i asked one of the li team members and they walked over and grabbed my order or whaeva, my food was cold and nasty no sauce that i paid for everytime i go up there its worse and worse like its not that hard and i wont neva go back up der again, trashy frl!!and ts making me wanna gagg and throw tf up, do yall damn job better frl!?

I’ve lived in the south Huntsville area for almost 7 years now. That particular location of Zaxby’s has continued to go downhill. From the quality of the food to the service to them getting orders consistently wrong, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Tonight I went in and ordered two salads. One of them grilled and one of them fried. I got home and one of them had no chicken on it and the other one had the wrong kind of chicken on it. When I called and spoke to the manager. I told him that I would be right back for the correct order. When I went into the establishment, he was nowhere to be found. The young lady at the counter was helpful enough, but I would expect the manager to make an appearance, and at least apologize. He was clearly avoiding me which is totally unacceptable. When originally placing my order, I was the only customer in the place, so it’s not like they were busy. What a pathetic way to run a business! If I were the owner, I would be looking for new employees. I understand mistakes happen, but these were simple orders on a very very slow night. The quality of the food and the service you get simply are not worth the price. Take your business someplace else.

9/28 8:10 pm we sat at the drive thru window for 12 minutes not one staff member came to the window to speak or acknowledge us, the supervisor was at the register and seemed to be having issues but as a GM myself the right thing to do would be to let your customers know that there is an issue with the register but we did not receive any of that, if you review the cameras you see the smirks of the young lady that initially was counting the register and the tall young man with dark hair and the young man with dreads, also they would not answer the phone, good customer service starts from the top, this was truly a horrible experience and I will be calling customer service to further let them know and pass the video along as well, we went to slim chickens with no issues
