Just a very boring over priced place. Burger was comparable to Sonic. Bun was literally the size of a regular McDonalds hamburger. Upgraded to sweet potato fries for $3 and got nothing. This place was trash!!! Save your time and money. Edit: Save on the Big Mick, and go buy a Big Mac. This burger was terrible.

We ordered take-out at the bar on our first-ever visit to Marty's. Authentic dive bar atmosphere, friendly bartender, accommodations in the front for families, and a 21 and over area beyond the bar with games and a couple of pool tables.Food: I loved my BLT. It was on the small side, but a decent amount of B, and plenty of L & T to keep it fresh. My cohorts both ordered the Breakfast Burger. Expecting the egg to be runny like the photos we saw, and thinking the maple glaze would only be on the patty, they were not-so-pleasantly surprised when their eggs were very well done, and the burger bun was saturated in maple syrup. It had a McGriddle taste to it, but with a hamburger patty instead of a spicier sausage. The homemade chips didn't travel well in a to-go container (2 miles away), but the tots were perfectly cooked and salted. The fries were alright, but nothing like the tots.

The bartenders were very attentive and friendly. The vibe of the bar was pretty cool.As far as the food goes, I must have caught them on an off night. The fries we're good and I liked the idea of the popper burger, however, the burger patties were of equal quality of burger King. Flat, way overcooked and tasteless.Oh well, the fries filled me up.

Wings taste very weird like they were frozen and then threw in grease without thawing. I’m just sad we spent $40 and could not even eat it. Literally 1 bite and we had to spit it out.

Awesome little local pub. Great service and atmosphere. Couple of pool tables and just a great place to hang out and have a drink!
I would have never thought to stop at this place for dinner because it is a bar in a shopping center, but I highly suggest you make the stop for food. The burger and churros were great, I also liked the fajita nachos.

I was searching for a good burger near me one evening and found this place on Yelp. I ordered a cheeseburger with a fried egg and house chips. The guy at the bar was very helpful! I will definitely make my way back to this place again!

A hidden gem for sure! We did a girl's Sunday brunch and everyone enjoyed their food so much! A great menu, staff was very friendly, lots of regulars in and out, indoor and outdoor seating (outdoors is pup friendly). Highly recommend!Parking: Located in a large strip mall, so there is plenty of parking.

best burger in irondale! we opted to do pick up while we were out running errands and were told 10-15 minutes on the phone. we did wait a little longer (closer to the 30 minute mark) but didn't mind. we would have eaten inside but had our dog with us, so we wanted a quick meal to grab and go. the inside is very cool and the staff was super friendly. the burger was so delicious - I cannot wait to have another! we also ordered wings and Buffalo nachos. the wings were good but the nachos weren't something we'd order again. we will be back to try another burger and brunch!!
