Literally every time I go there something in my order is wrong. This last time I was missing a coffee muffin and told the girl this. She gave me a blueberry muffin when I explicitly said coffee. They always leave out the add ins I pay for in my coffees and they’ve given me the wrong food multiple times or left out something like a syrup when I ask for it at the window. Not just through the box, but at the window! They’re always busy talking and laughing with one another that they screw orders up. This is my money I’m spending on specific things I want and then don’t get those things. It really sucks.

Service was great! We went through the drive thru. When we got to the window the girl saw we had 2 of our dogs with us and asked if they could have a pupper cup! The dogs LOVED it & that just made their day. Their tails wagged the entire way home. The donuts were delicious & fresh. I don't eat donuts often, but when I do, they're Dunkin or Nothin! ????

Employees were horrible to this one employee. Completely rude and harsh. Me and my friend felt sorry. She seemed to be new and tried taking our order and when she asked the girls a question they bashed her. Telling her that she can't do anything right. This was a week ago. Poor girl. Dunkin needs to really make their employees work together. If I were her I would have filed for harassment!!

I made a stop here on my way to work. The pace was clean, and people were moving in a quick pace. I bought 1.5 dozen which cost me $23 with tax. The doughnuts were not tasty. Stuffed with almost nothing. Even though soft, they did not taste fresh. This is not the Duncan Doughnuts that I remember as a child in Waco, TX on Valley Mills Dr. What ever keeps people coming cannot be the doughnuts. I will not waste my money here again. For about about $12, I could get a far superior product at Walmart. You can look at my reviews and see few total negative statements. When I take doughnuts to work, they soon disappear. These doughnuts did not all get eaten. I feel that I completely wasted my money.
I love this, Dunkin’ Donuts! It’s clean, great service, clean bathrooms, and you can tell ownership cares. I’m so glad we have this option Inn Jasper. It’s also my favorite place for drip coffee. Consistent every time. I love that!

I felt obligated to make a review after I just saw a thread of spider donut fails on Facebook. I got two spider donuts this morning and they were adorable.I also get ice coffee once a week and it's always made correctly and consistently but that's not important, the adorable spider donut is really the star here.

I go here almost every day, and I absolutely love going. Even when they are busy they are always attentive and welcoming! I appreciate everyone working there that greets me with a smile every time I go inside! I would recommend going here, and you will get really great service each time!

I get Dunkin Door Dashed daily at work. I ordered my Iced Latte as usual and when I opened the bag, my Latte had whipped topping and cinnamon on top. I didn't ask for that. It made me very sick and I hope that didn't ruin my craving for my Latte. I wish they would ask before bc many people do not like cinnamon. Never had an issue otherwise. Very sweet ppl.
