Chicken was dry, and the ribs were too touch to pull apart. The salad and cole slaw were good. Most of the staff were friendly except one woman who looked and acted like she was mad at the world.
Everything was OK. The collard greens were SPICY HOT, the baked beans were pretty good, and the pork plate WAS good. It's a bit on the expensive side, in my opinion. I would go back, but it'd be a while. The service was great, and so was the atmosphere. Very clean.

This full moon has become an overpriced fast food joint. And beware of the tip adding in the drive thru. How could you add yourself a tip for sloppy plates...mushy meat that was supposed to be sliced and under cooked potatoes, and you can tell they were boiled by the wet skin. I feel ripped off.

I went through the drive thur today 02/172024. My meal was 11.00 and some change. First off the girl at the window was rude and then it ask me if I wanted to leave a tip I sd No but a 3.00 tip was put on my bill anyway when I checked my bank account. That is wrong to steal people's money they work hard for.

The cashier didn’t know how to answer any questions. She was very short and rude. The baked beans were almost black they were so burnt. Shredded meat had bones all in it. Just not a good experience on this beautiful Valentine’s Day. ✌?

My husband and I have always enjoyed the BBQ at Full Moon. This time we ordered a cheeseburger, lemon pepper wings, chocolate pie and key lime pie. The lemon pepper wings are above and beyond the best we've ever had. My husband said that he won't go anywhere else for a cheeseburger now. The desserts were outstanding!The customer service was phenomenal. The staff gave excellent service during the busy lunch hour. We highly recommend Full Moon!
Great Alabama BBQ place. They have the white sauce. The pulled pork and brisket were delicious. They give you a healthy heavy plate of food. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful.

Every unhappy!! Ordered food. It sat in the window for 10mins. Nobody brought out food out to us. I had to walk and get our food. Why one of the employees was playing on her phone, then tells me she didn’t know our food was ready. Which was a lie is was right in front of her face.Get to the table and food was cold!!I will no longer be eating here, Very very very unhappy!
