I am traveling for work. I swung by the drive-thru to grab some quick lunch on the go. I ordered chicken fingers and slaw. After I already left, I drove to another location and parked, to just eat real quick and be on my way. I noticed I didn’t have any eating utensil or sauce. So I went all the way back and told them I needed a fork and a sauce because it was left out. The young lady told me she could give me the fork but not the sauce. She said I’d have to pay for the sauce. I told her every single time I’ve ever ordered chicken fingers it comes with sauce. She just proceeded to tell me she couldn’t give me a sauce. I’ve never had that happen before. Every time I order chicken fingers it ALWAYS comes with a sauce. And even if it didn’t, they should’ve given it to me for having to drive all the way back there. I asked for her name- She said it was Trista.-One thing I am big on is excellent customer service. One of my biggest pet peeves is poor customer service!

I honestly think you can't beat these fingers, slaw, and toast but the fries need some work. And there sweet tea beats Milos by a longshot. I love the menu bc it's so simple.

Guthrie's in Jasper Use to be the BEST place to get Tenders, and we use to go at least 2 times a week but it has gone downhill big time. We usually go through the drive-thru but on occasion we have gone inside, never again for me! The restroom was Full of Flies!!...And the Chicken is tough... Not sure if that's because they cook it to fast or they fix it ahead and let it sit under a light, I know their fries are left over!!We haven't eaten there in over a month so I thought I'd give it another try today... I Won't be back!!Now if we are craving Guthrie's we go while we are in Northport... It's delish Everytime!

It was so nasty,there were 4people behind the counter doing nothing and the place was the filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. Me and my wife were the only 2 people in there,it was probably because it was so nasty.the food wasn’t completely

Ordered the family meal asked for four regular cups and they tried charging us for them… for a family meal?!? What if we was going to have a picnic? Not that we are but that’s pretty wild to think their that bad off to have to charge for four cups ? food is always great but that’s terrible service in my eyes

Just went there tonight and had an amazing time. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It wasn’t too busy so the staff just let me chill out while I talked with a friend. Got the box and the food inside was hot, fresh, and delicious. Definitely will come back again.

Will not go back after seeing the kitchen staff act like drunks at a bar. There was another time I could smell weed from their drive through window.

Just ordered in Jasper Alabama. Chicken was awful. Had to wait (which isn’t a problem for fresh food but that was far from the case) Tasted like it was from hours earlier. Fries were warm-ish. Service sucked. No straws. Do better.
