Ordered 2 stacks of pancakes, and after getting home, the containers had 1 pancake each. The service here is getting horrible, and the food has gone downhill, so I'll be eating breakfast at Huddle House or McDonald's.

They shorted us a biscuit, but it was fine. The food was good, they were really busy and the drive through line was out of the parking lot! All of the food was really good though!

Good service but they don't always listen ?. Three times I've asked for ? pickles ➕ mayo and they gave me pickles and no mayo ....
We ordered 2 3 piece meals with cookie. And comeback sauce. We received such a small amount of sauce there was not enough for one chicken finger. This has never happened.

STAY AWAY! 15(actual time on the screen) minutes for cold food prepared incorrectly. Cook was on his cell phone with his "sanitary" gloves on. Didn't change them before making my food.. even after I said something. My wife chicken fingers and fries sat in the bag for 12 of those 15 minutes. I travel for work and eat Jack's from Madison to Dothan, and Opelika to Amory Mississippi.. THIS IS THE WORST JACK'S IN THE STATE OF ALABAMA.

I used to love going to the Sumiton location. Now if I wake up early enough when they 1st open for service, the food is GREAT taste like the breakfast I was raised up on, but if I sleep in and get up there, 6 am. - 6:30 a.m. beating the crowd! The food is great....but go up there 9 till they starting serving lunch don't go it's not as good, guess they get busy and just don't have the time to prepare the food like at 6....but sometimes you luck up and get a welcoming smile and/or someone who woke up on the wrong side of thell bed.Wheelchair accessibility: If you enter OFF THE HWY it'll be on your right has side of the building.
Everyone is always friendly. The food was good. My part of the order was wrong and I didn't catch it till I was home but my husband ate it. Everyone else was correct.

The lady in the back asked us what we were going to order so she could start fixing it because the girl working the counter kept disappearing. She had the food ready and the girl at the register still hadn't returned so she rang it up. The food was great. Service from the people supposed to be serving was horrible.
