After eating at my local KFC in South Ga for the past year I honestly thought KFC was getting a lil better and then I came to Jasper Al and all of those thoughts went out the window! The chicken was a dark brown-ish black and tasted burnt bc the oil was so old and hadn't been changed in awhile and just where in the hell is my biscuit? If yall get any smaller with the individual sides then just forget about the spoon bc we can just lick it off of the lid. $12.00 for a 2 piece with no biscuit,no drink and 3 teaspoons of mashed potatoes....yall have got to do better than this people. DAMN!

Chicken is way better then it was 3 years ago. It’s the best I’ve had. The chicken nuggets and the spicy chicken sandwich and the crunch wraps are so good. Their better than Popeyes and lees. Kfc beats lees famous recipe chicken and Popeyes. Popeyes shut down because their chicken wasn’t that great and they made their underlings go through dumpsters to cook the last of the chicken they had for the day. How do I know ? I worked their the day it happened. Kfc chicken is the best and they don’t go through their dumpsters to cook what’s left of their chicken. They clean their flyers out and make sure the food is okay and perfect to eat. Because they don’t want their customers sick. Shout out to Jason. For always checking the chicken and making sure nothing is wrong with it and it’s cooked the way I want it. The lobby is nice looking and good environment overall. If their was a playroom for kids that would be even better or some dining tables outside with rooftops over our heads. That’d be the tip of the icing. Cakes are the best my favorite is the chocolate brownies and lemon cake. Y’all sell the best cakes in town. Their new drink blueberry lemonade is so good I’m addicted to it. Next time I order again I’m getting me a blueberry lemonade. Maybe if they sell slushy drinks to that’d be good for the summer. Or say an Icecream but kfc style icecream for the summer. Now that’d be a great treat. I always order from them. When Adam and Jason cooks the food is so great. Tina the cashier is super nice and sweet. She’s a good cashier and gives good customer service. Tina and Jason deserves a raise for their hardwork. The team at kfc is amazing to. Their all great. Just cause some people put bad reviews doesnt mean theirs no goof reviews. Plenty people come back to kfc. Kfc is healthier. Last time we had lees it made me sick and my mom. Kfc chicken has never made me sick. Love u guys keep doing you. Dont let anyone ruin your day

We ordered two of the wrap combos (honey barbecue, mac and cheese on one and the other was spicy mac and cheese, spicy slaw) service was fine but to my surprise my bbq one was full of mayo and barley any actual bbq sauce and my Mac and cheese one was soo spicy I couldn't eat it( I did not order the spicy one for me) my bfs spicy slaw was replaced with a honey bbq (same disappointment as mine) he did get his spicy mac and cheese (plue mine )very disappointed in quality and size of food the only reason I'm giving 2 ⭐s instead of 1⭐ is dur to the service being decent.

Usually we’re pretty satisfied with the quality of the food we order from here but earlier we both got the new wrap combos and they were very disappointing. We each got 1 original wrap and 1 spicy slaw wrap - original wraps had no pickles, just tortillas loaded with mayo and a chicken tender and the spicy slaws had no slaw and the tenders were drowning with spicy sauce. Such a shame bc the last time KFC had these wraps they were SO good. May order again but from a different location next time.

My family and I never got spoke to when entering the building or while waiting at counter, several employees not wearing gloves when making costumes orders and I believe one to have been a manager whom disappeared to the back ,tossing lids and container and very poorley managed and after waiting 20 mins standing at counter with no acknowledgement and or eye contact form staff I said to my family this must be a drive thru only now and left ,if I was you I would check my order in the drive thru.. 09/01/2023
