Ordered a large deep pan, lite sauce, half meat lovers half supreme, side of jalapenos. 12 wings with blue cheese dip. What i got....large hand toss, half meat lovers half supreme, heavy sauce, THERE WAS NO CHEESE AT ALL! Side of banana peppers, 12 wings with RANCH dip. Paid 52$ for this pizza with NO CHEESE! Called store to get replaced for the pizza I ordered and was told they couldn't do anything besides give a credit. I'm so disappointed. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place. I've worked for pizza hut for 2 years decade ago. I know how it works and I'm just shocked that that pizza left the store. To get pass the pizza cutter, looking like that and not checking if it's made correctly is just crazy. IT HAD NO CHEESE!! SMH. Now I got this ugly no cheese hand toss pathetic made pizza. You would think they would make it correct so we can enjoy the pizza we was suppose to get. But nope, ..
Great Pizza and friendly staff. The only problem was trying to call in my order, you couldn't understand the heavily accented person taking orders! You could also tell that they weren't even there! They were probably at some call center or something somewhere else.I've had this same problem at other out of state Pizza Hut's before as well.This is not the staff at this locations fault.

if y'all are wondering why it's so bad now, the place is under new management and has been for two months. coming from a previous manager, don't eat there. trust me. it's disgusting. trucks will sit out and thaw to be refroze the next day. if you ever get sick, it goes back to pizza hut. management is horrible. please just go to little caesar's or dominos lol. literally anywhere else. y'all are paying so much money for very bad food and horrible service. they don't wash the dishes. just go somewhere else lol

Employees cursing each other with people at the drive through and in the dining room. Burnt pizza to the point could not eat. Rude staff all around. Bathroom was nasty. What a zoo. If could have given a -10 would have. Will never be back.

My visit to Pizza Hut was terrible! Much less than 1 star. Went to the Jasper Pizza Hut,was told that I couldn't order the pan Pizza because they didn't have it. Stood there for 10 minutes to hear this. I was the only customer there. No one greeted me or said anything at all. I wasn't given any reason why they couldn't make a pan Pizza. The girl was very rude,and just seemed like she was annoyed by me being there. As I left, she said very sarcastically, have a great night. I will not ever go back !!!!!
