Been almost 40 minutes and still do not have my drive through order. Tried calling the number to get money back but no answer. Never againEdit. Got food 40 minutes later and get home and order is wrong. Waited 40 minutes on wrong order.

Don't know what to think about this place. Love their chicken but went there twice last week and they had no chicken. They were still waiting on a truck to deliver to them. Hopefully they will get it worked out.

My husband had the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. I had the 8pc shrimp meal. It was fresh and very good! The person who took our order and money was friendly and professional.

They may well closed the doors been a week no bone in chicken running out of tenders,only thing they said they have is sandwich,and shrimp come on now this post be a chicken place if I just want that I go to Capital D's look like someone needs get a real manger in there know what he doing order a truck or something.Dont closed y'all doors point blank.

I am one of the easiest person to deal with when it comes to the food industry and this opinion may not reflect the staff at Popeyes in Jasper Al. But it definitely is negligence of the corporation. They only had 3 employees counting the manager working the lunch rush. Needless to say they were not working fast but understood since you are short staffed. They advertise strawberry lemonade but said they no longer do that anymore. They charge me for a side of mayonnaise, fine I get it nickle and dime your customers. All those things were inconvenient but it bothers me that this is what they are selling as an 8pc chicken nugget. It is mostly breading and 2 of those pieces are only breading like crackling from the fryer, I asked the manager if this was the typical quality of corporate standards and he said it was so no yelling or getting mad just not gonna subject myself to that again. This is a horrible Popeyes. If they are out of a certain type of chicken, they just give you something else. I waited 10 minutes for my food to cook and not only did they give me the wrong type of chicken it was undercooked. This is not the first time this has happened at this Popeyes.

Eat there yesterday 2 cashier food wasn't good long wait out of the things we wanted dining room was filthy one of the cashier had a kid setup in dining area to play. Just wasn't a good experience.
Blacked chicken tenders is cold and rubber and fries cold too... Never had no tenders like this????

Forgot our food. Waited sitting inside over 30 minutes. They were short handed. Finally a girl told my husband they forgot about us. Then we ordered a to go order and they did same thing. Didn't offer us anything for their mistake or anything. But was told again they forgot. They really need more workers! I felt sorry for them. Food was good and they were sweet regardless of what happened. I'm sure it was just a bad day.

So, this was my second time here. Okay thought it would be good. I order my food at 7:38pm on July 12, 2022. The lady came out to say that they miss counted and would be okay with some chicken tenders. At 8:34 pm I got my order and after getting home the coleslaw was bad, the chicken wasn’t cooked and the Mac N cheese had plastic in it

Do not go here. I have tried to patron this location 6 times with only one time getting decent food. This is why no one goes here. They either don't have what you order or they give you old food. I'm sick of it and will never go back. Do us all a favor and close this business.

Two days ago I visited my local popeyes Louisiana style chicken restaurant and we got the 12 piece spicy. I didn't eat none of it cause I can't handle spicy food due to acid reflux. My other family members tried it and one of them said it was half-cooked. And for that reason I've decided to give it a 4.5 out of 10. On the bright side though I've eat their other chicken which was mild and it tasted alright to me and when I got it it was freshly cooked.
