We ordered 2 large onion rings along with the rest of our dinner. We got 2 large bags of greasy onions. What little batter that was in the bag was not cooked. I've never had anything so disgusting. Not to mention the fact that we didn't get everything we ordered but we sure did pay for it. After the 3rd time if asking for our jalapeno poppers we just gave up. We used to love going to Sonic. Don't know if we'll ever go back now.

I’ve been here a couple times and always disappointed. I always order a small M&M blast and that’s it, on numerous occasions it takes 15-20 minutes for me to get. I understand the restaurant industry, but when i can visibly see there is not much going on, it infuriates me. Pressed the call button, no answer.. tried 2 more times with no response but the two beside me were answered and food was brought out no less than 5 minutes. It’s super frustrating to sit here, not once, but multiple occasions and having to wait 20 minutes for a small blast. Horrible service. So much for the quick stop.

I went at 12:30pm they were not busy. I was the only one in the drive thru. The girl was rude. The burger was just right but I ordered onion rings and they were soggy, not cooked enough so couldn’t eat those. You get what you get when dealing with kids!
