The service sucked she was new and did know how to do her job and would not ask for help the manager was getting upset with her so I don't think she needs to be working
I understand if the cook gets hot, but u need to also think about your customer as well.We as for medium eggs the whites done and yellows runing, but I told them about because the whites was runing where we couldn't eat them. It's a good thing I had something else to eat besides the eggs

This waffle house definitely needs work. It used to be a fave spot but I won't go back to this one again.

Okay recent experience here... hope to upgrade upon subsequent visits. This store has the more greasy-spoon diner feel (and appeal) than the other nearby location. It's usually crowded. Service, even with a trainee, was decent, and prices not as low as we'd all like--but ultimately my food (sausage hash brown bowl) was lackluster and only okay at best--and I don't have high standards for WH to begin with, even though I love coming here. Maybe today was just not my day.

Service was great ....New cook was just that, but given the benefit of doubt I'm sure with practice they'll get the hang of it. Update 8/21/23 went to work at this place bc I had no choice the waitresses work hard and cooks but hey have an 84 fr public health and while mopping I saw roaches on the lobby/dine in area floor that's a fault of management on not keeping things in order. Having owned my own restaurant I know this for facts. My employees can't call pest control and I had to be the person to make them clean and take steps so these things didn't occur. Just like at your own place of residence if you do not keep areas clean you will Have an infestation you can't get rid of unless everyone is involved.
