The zensation salad was delicious!I just started eating it with my hand.There need to be 2 veggie rolls in the salad.You give us 2 citrus vinaigrette dressings.The person that took my order was so nice.She started her name.The waiting time was short. All of zaxbys food is great.I could eat it everyday.

I have a wonderful experience communicating with the team members, and my meal was the greatest meal out I've had in a minute.
The parking lot was a mess, and there was a non stop beeping mess that they should look at that because it’s not normal. Everything else was awesome, definitely a location you should go too.

It was like the only thing open in Jasper at 9:45 on a Saturday night which is ridiculous. The staff were ok but u could tell they hated our guys bc they were about o close and we can in to eat. They barely spoke two words to us besides taking our order and continued to clean the areas around us til we felt so uncomfortable we just took our food and left. But the place was clean lol I give me that.

I love the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries but wayyyy too much ranch on everything. can’t even taste none of the fries or chicken or anything. It’s like a pool of ranch.
