Literally worst McDonalds ever. Every time I come food is always old. I asked for fresh nuggets and apparently they don't do that anymore due to a lawsuit. So I couldn't get fresh nuggets but I would have at least liked them to not be old af! They were gross. I also asked for fresh fries and they still gave me old ones but went and remade them. Ice cream machine was also down OF COURSE & I got two old a** apple pies. Overall so annoyed and will not keep going back here. It's just down the street from my house so I wanted to make a quick food run but it disappoints every single time.

Walked inside after ordering my food online and they avoid eye contact. While trying to speak with an employee to ask about my online order they literally ignored me and look the other way worst customer service ever don't ever plan on going back and don't recommend anyone else doing after finally having to get rude to get any attention from anybody that had been so long the code went away and my phone and took me another 10 or 15 minutes to figure it out and for them to start preparing my food I was there for 45 minutes after ordering my phone online I'll never go back

Service was nonexistent we had to ask 3 different employees to take our order after the stupid self checkout thing didn't want to work and they got the food wrong after all that plus by the time they finally gave us our food the fries were cold and it wasn't even busy there was only 3 other customers in the building at the time. It's always like this at this location and I normally don't stop here but due to time and location I went against my better judgment and did it anyway and bought a sack full of regret and disappointment... do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else your family and your stomach will tank you for it later.
