This park is nothing but lies. They offer you the Moon and stars and offer little to none. Purchased a resort package for over $8000. Was told that we get up to 75% off of hotels included in the package. The trouble is that you have to find a hotel in your area. Not all areas are offered. Also, 72 hour notice is needed. In addition, trying to get a hold of anybody who is actually knowledgeable about their company is a challenge. The person that sold us this package has since quit due to being sexually harassed by management. The resort is mostly senior citizens living there three weeks out of each month. The coastline is full of grass, making it impossible to fish off of their peers or shoreline. Definitely would not recommend purchasing into this resort or coast to coast.

The food was over priced… did not match the online menu. Our BEC wraps, we’re made with Bacon Bits you use for a salad. Toast was old. I can see why people go next door to Little Mountain Marina to eat. The food here is awful.. Also, while I have your attention. What are y’all using our monthly payments for? Because it is not to fix the roads. It’s a wonder someone hasn’t busted an axle here.

This restaurant is supposedly apart of the mountain lakes resort. We ate here last night while staying at the campground food was good. The morning staff however must have needed coffee before socializing with anyone. Rude, bossy and not friendly at all. I gave it a two because the staff ruins the flavor of the food. Oh and mountain lakes this was the straw that made us decide to cancel our membership. I don't do rude.

The food was alright, but the service was unacceptable. An employee was rude to a lady at the register and yelled at her in a completely inappropriate, rude and disrespectful way. I walked up to the lady at the register, and told her that I'd have done told off the lady who yelled at her that way. I worked in a restaurant for many years, and find that treating your employees that way is totally unacceptable. I'd have given 0 stars if that was an option.

Nice big park, lots of sites, 50/30 amp FHU. Near the lake, tons of things to do, Pool outside and inside. WIFI not well. Bingo, Billards, etc. Sales pitch the same as every other. Not pushy or demanding tho. Free nites after speal.

Some of the poorer reviews were correct at the time. The resort was in bad need of some upgrades. They have now completed new decks and stairs all around the clubhouse, they playground is now in safe, operable condition and the putt putt has been remodeled. They are grading the roads which has helped with the pot holes. I’m hoping they bring in something to fill the remainder in. Improvements are being made and it truly is a beautiful place with wonderful, friendly people. So if you were here before with a bad experience, don’t let that one visit keep you away. Activities are ongoing and it would be a shame for you to miss the improvements mad. I come here on a regular basis and will continue to do so. Hope to see you there.
I have been a member here since 2005. This year I came in to ask a salesman named Ben Phillips what some upgrade options were. He was so knowledgeable and friendly! He is a fantastic representative for Mountain Lakes Resort in Langston Alabama! He was clear and concise on my options. He even loaded my little doggy up with some fantastic treats. I love This place! Thanks Ben!

It sucks. The pool is green. Out of 48 lights 28 of them are busted inside the indoor pool. People here will yell at you for going 1 mile over the speed limit (5 1/2). They don't care about you. They care about your money and how fast you drive your car. Please don't waste your time or money here. Also as long as you know the pin number you can get inside. SECURITY??? NONE.
