This is the closest Captain D's to me. So far I have had fair service and food. Sunday I used the drive through. Spicy fish and shrimp with fries also available in original batter for $5.99 was on the top of the drive through menu. I ordered this in original batter. When I drove up to window the I handed my debt card to the cashier then she said Spicy fish. I said no. I order original batter batter she looked confused. And said that item was in Spicy only. I said if you can't do original batter to just give me my card back. Instead she shut the window and turned the someone else. The other person female in a blue shirt said that item only came in Spicy fish I again said that the menu listed available in original and if they couldn't fill the order to give me my card back. She then said that corporate and management wouldn't let them make this item in original batter and handed me my card back. I then went to Arby's and had fast good service.I believe that if they had tried hard they could have found original batter fish in the kitchen.

The woman at the drive thru had such a bad attitude we didn't even finish ordering our meal. Not even going to risk it... She acted pissed that we dare come get food... wow.This was Sunday 10/15 at 4:00pm just so you can know what staff member this was.

It was my first time visiting & from the get go it wasn't friendly I would think since the staff were black people they greet me but not. But they greeted all the Caucasian customers who came before & after me & on top of that they told them to have a good day after they left not me.

I went through here with a large order. The person working the drive through was irritated at the fact she couldn’t hear me over someone doing yard work at the Raceway next door. I pulled to the window and asked if I could add an order of fries. The lady was very rude and huffed and said that I wasn’t supposed to add at the window. I asked her if she would like me to pull around, as there was no one else in line and it wouldn’t be an issue. She again huffs and rolls her eyes before screaming behind her to add an order of fries. I asked her name and she said Linda but the receipt says Leslie so I’m not sure which it was

I did a online order like i normally do when i deliver down the street and went thru the drivethru of which i was told i had to come in. Why? I went inside and was greeted by a nice young lady but a very rude manager. All i asked for was extra sauce. If you dont want to be at work today SAY THAT, and give the other nice young lady that manager position. And for peets sake there is sn entire app that regular customers can order from, everybody is not door dash or whatever delivery app you all use. I think thats why they told me to come inside but they should've asked
