Don't believe people what they say about this place, it is convenient of a restaurant even being close to something like making your own, the whole "start at the line and progress building your sandwich" has became a trend for many others, Chipotle, Moe's Southwest, etc. Trust me, it's worth it.Service: About what you expect, it's small and not too crowded when I got here, I had been taken care of by the employees, they seem nice, I hope they are doing well still, but whatever needs to be done on your sandwich, they'll get yer done.Atmosphere: Like I said, it is small but not too big, subway has always tried to make their interior look "clean" and "simple" along with their color scheme but hey I'm diggin' it.Food: My personal favorite sub was the "Italian BMT" until they changed their name to "Ultimate BMT" and I saw they changed up a lot of food options so no big deal, tasted like a dream. Also, they have footlong pretzels? Churros? Cookies? Wow, they are creative, but I will tell you the footlong cookie has a lot of calories which could legit feed a whole family. You ain't feel like eating much? There are chips for those lovers too.

Not only that, when I walked in I stood there for a good 10 minutes before anyone even approached me and my order was already finished behind the counter. Do not recommend and I will never eat here ever again.

I've been here three times now and ended up with diarrhea and nausea all three times with today being the worst. The first two I just assumed it was something else I ate but today being the third time I've gotten sick after eating here I can only assume this location is the cause.Two of the three times I've been inside to eat I had a short blonde lady out of uniform making my food and she doesn't have a great attitude about her job. She shorted me on my portions both times too and very sloppily throws the sandwich together.I used to manage a subway so I know just how easy it is to serve bad food there and I think this is the case. I didn't see any hand washing being done and cookies were wayyyyy over stocked which tells me health code isn't being followed and food temps/times aren't being followed. The young lady also had multiple large rings on and the sleeves of her sweater were falling down past the cuffs of her gloves.I know that both the franchise owner and Subway corporate will see this review so one of you two need to check in on this store. I don't think they are taking health code seriously at all here. I would love to be able to eat here again as I work across the street but can't risk loosing time at work anymore due to eating bad food here as we follow health code very seriously and don't allow employees with diarrhea to work.

This is probably one of the nicest subways I have ever been to! I live in Springville and the surrounding subways in that area are not the best. I started working over here in Moody on the weekends and decided to try this subway..the.ladies that were working, they were super nice greeted me which I love!! The inside was amazingly clean.. now I’m very picky about my sandwich lol I wish the lettuce was more fresh. It was kind of old but overall great experience.

This store is dirty and nasty from the stained covered front door entry to the back of the building. Drove into parking lot and the 2 young female employees were outside feeding 2 stray cats. The y should have been cleaning the filthy bathroom that had urine stains and hair all over floor, sink and faucet was so dirty I had to (re)wash and dry my hands as to ensure they were clean while being careful not to touch anything before leaving. This location has NO standards not even LOW standards. The manager needs to be fired because he/she has set no expectations. Not only the manager should be fire, the regional or district manager as well. Obviously no visits have been made to the store. It's just open. Oh and the open light wasn't on. If it looks this bad in the front, God only knows what the back looks like. Just left 6:40pm Stay Away
