Philly was extremely flavorful and fresh, hot. Awesome breakfast. The full-service restaurant and convenience store are both open 24 hours a day. Very friendly staff. They have assorted desserts available if you're interested. A LOT of truck parking in a dirt lot. Parking is 12 dollars unless you get food in the restaurant, they will stamp your receipt for parking. You can smoke in the store and restaurant. Restrooms are clean and well stocked.
This is a truck stop diner. I just had a cheeseburger and tator tots. They make up their own patties (not the pre-made patties). To me, the hand patty burgers just taste so much better. It was also pretty thick. I ate as much as I could, but was too stuffed to finish it. The server was nice. One important note is that it is a “smoking allowed” facility. Many will disagree with me but I was glad to see someone bring a dog into the restaurant and leave moments later. If you are so needy that you can't leave your pets home then stay there with them. I often stop for the food and was glad to not have to share eating space with something that licks its rear end.
