I selected the "Sophia" cake and then called to place my order. The Edgar's staff was very friendly and helpful. I wanted lemon buttercream between the layers and a Happy Birthday inscription on top of the cake. The cake was ready on the day and time promised and it turned out beautiful! Everyone raved about how delicious the cake tasted. The cake and icing were both very light and not heavy at all. The lemon buttercream between the layers was perfect. I highly recommend Edgar's and very highly recommend the "Sophia" cake.“

They are more expensive and won’t taste like a gluten containing product, or one laden with sugar and additives. But that isn’t what we want to eat.
