I'm a dasher and I think that my customers are just as important as the customers that are in store. When I asked about the order I was on after being 10mins past the pick up time he got real sassy with me. Then told the other guy start this order so I asked are yall just now starting he told me that I need to just go sit down. Of course that didn't go over well so we went back and forth. The store was crowd at the time just rude. I won't be dashing there anymore nor will I be a customer there.

Food is 10/10, the staff is friendly, attentive and great at their job.The store itself leaves a lot to be desired. The ceiling looks to be burnt or molded, and its directly over the work space bagels are packed and prepared.Keep up the good work, staff but get someone to clean that ceiling.

Such a delicious and fun place to eat! I'm not even a huge bagel fan but I loved eating here and am excited to come back!! The Zesty sauce was SO tasty and made my sandwich incredible. There is also plenty of seating in a very open dining room. The staff was super kind and gave great recommendations on what I'd like best. Definitely come try it yourself!

This is my first time trying Bruegger's bagels and I definitely will be returning often. First of all the staff member at the front was super helpful and friendly and was able to answer all my questions. Secondly the food was super delicious but the bagels sell out really quickly on the weekends so you have to get there pretty early. Lastly the facility was really nice and cozy inside and also clean so you can sit down and enjoy your food while feeling at home.

It's the only bagel option but the workers are slow, the place is dirty, nothing is ever stocked. It will go out with all the new breakfast places coming to madison.

The service is unbelievably slow. On no part is this an issue with the part time staff, the upper management refuses to staff multiple people at busy times in the morning. So there’s usually one person working both the front and kitchen at the same time. It took me 25 minutes to get one bagel.I know bruegger’s will respond with some passive, lackluster response saying that this “isn’t what they want”. But this has been a consistent problem while coming here to shop for the last year. They have no intention of changing or maybe hiring more workers, they just lie and say that they plan on doing their best. Maybe just go to Costco instead and buy a pack of bagels or something there, it’ll probably taste better anyways

Three of us decided to try this Bruegger's store, being a fan of Bruegger's for many years. Our bagel sandwiches were delicious, perfectly prepared, and efficiently delivered. The coffee was fresh and good. A number of other reviewers had poor experiences with staff, but that was not our experience at all. We were served by friendly and attentive staff who were helpful in making our food choices.Did I mention room this was Christmas Eve? It is and what a nice way to start the day.
The employees at this business seem disinterested and lack motivation. If I were the owner, I'd be concerned about the lack of customer patronage. The staff, who are paid by the hour, exhibit poor attitudes and provide subpar service. Even when I've been the sole customer, the wait for fast food is unreasonably long, reflecting a lack of urgency and efficiency. Overall, the atmosphere and service are very disappointing.

The bagel was not great. I could make better at home. The service was bad. The woman behind the counter was on a personal call and when she asked what my order was, instead of listening to my order she continued to talk to her family member about their plans that day and had to ask me my order again. It wasn’t an emergency call which I would understand.It was also dead in there, such a large location and not a single customer.
