I don’t blame this burger king for a staff shortage but the lady that works here is just so rude. I had an online order and there was no one there when I got to the intercom and she told me to wait. I sat at the intercom for 30 minutes. When I went to the window she wasn’t there. But then I tried to go inside and she was finally working and pointed me to the drive through. I then went back around and it still took 30 more minutes. When I tried to talk to the lady she looked me in the eyes and slammed the window shut and went to the back. I would not have stayed there if I hadn’t already payed money. I would not recommend going here if you have somewhere to be and need a quick bite. Terrible and rude customer service!

This location is like a meth-head wished a genie to turn it into a Burger King and the genie gave up halfway through.The review page asked me what I would recommend and showed a list of foods. I would recommend going anywhere else.

Okay literally I’m gonna start by saying that Burger King is SO over hated. I can literally go to Burger King and get large fries, a chicken junior, and a whopper for literally 3 dollars (with the app). The prices are soooo cheap like much cheaper than McD and you literally get more than your moneys worth. I live myself some McDonalds but I rlly haven’t been going much when I can get cheaper at BK. My only criticism is the customer service at this BK is most the time pretty bad. Like the ppl who work are a bit rude. Along with this, their unethical support of Israel by giving free food to Israeli militants. You shouldn’t be giving free food, let alone to them.

I very rarely go to Burger King because every time I go there they make me sick the food is awful. My son got a gift card from Burger King from a family member so I took him over there today and he wanted to know what was in one of the new spicy chicken wraps in the girl over the intercom at the drive-thru was extremely rude, yes I know there's chicken on it duh! He wanted to know what else was on there. Dont tell us it's a piece of chicken we already knew that she was extremely rude and needs to practice on her customer service if you don't want to be there then don't be there. We won't be back I don't care if he still gas money on his gift card or not that was ridiculous!

I should’ve read the previous reviews before going to this Burger King in the first place. While the food is good, the big problem is staffing. It’s not the employees that are the problem but rather the number of employees in the restaurant at any given time. There’s only two in the kitchen: one ringing up orders and another cooking them. It’s completely inefficient, so much so that they often close the dining hall and restrict service only to the drive thru, and even still it takes too long. I’ve gone there only a few times and end up waiting almost half an hour before they take my order; by then, a line forms behind me, and every five or ten minutes, a car leaves. The employees haven’t chewed me out, and I haven’t chewed them out; I don’t blame them for the staffing shortage. Regardless, it’s clear that they can’t keep up with demand.To the management: Please hire more staff to help ease the workload.To any potential customer: If this is the closest Burger King to you, please consider a different Burger King to eat at.
