Stopped by after giving up BK because of the generally poor service across all stores. Waited ~20 minutes in the drive thru, fortunately I downloaded the app and ordered otherwise it would have take even longer. Needless to say it’ll be a couple more years until I try again.
Having 2-3 staff in the mornings really limits this place.Edit: Today I placed an online mobile order. I arrived at the restaurant and went to the area clearly marked online-order pick up. I was chastised in front of other customers and stated that I had to wait in line behind the other customers waiting to order, despite my order having already been placed earlier.
