This place is ridiculous. Employee is literally looking the door as I pull up to get a door dash at 10am!!! Don't waste your time ordering from here!! Management is horrible!!!!

Visited here for breakfast and every menu item I received was old hard and hashbrowns were cold. I did not receive a receipt and I tried calling the number listed online and it's invalid.

This location needs to shut the doors for good. Their lobby is never open so then you have to wait 40+ minutes in drive thru if you ordered on the mobile app which some people don't have time for. Their broiler goes down more than I've ever seen and now the customer support through their app won't even give refunds because I've had several refunds in the past due to them being closed when they were supposed to be open.Doesn't matter to them but I will never go back to another Burger King despite loving the coupons and rewards I get through the mobile app.

It’s always a wait but when k asked a young lady what size a large drink is she didn’t know ok fine. After waiting over 15 mins I pull up get my food complete attitude. It’s ridiculous to almost pay 15 dollars for a Burger King meal and long waits then get a nasty nasty rude attitude How are you mad at the customer because you don’t know the drink sizes.

Loved everything about ordering dinner here. The staff was friendly and kind. The manager was helpful and had a positive and pleasant attitude. Food was perfectly made. I ordered a whopper with mozzarella sticks. Their mozzarella sticks are by far my favorite in north Alabama. I will be stopping by every time I travel for work. ?

Food was really good but you can tell they were short staffed. The lobby was closed at 1pm on a Saturday. The lady in the drive through seemed annoyed no hey how are you or have a good day just took my card and a few min later gave me my food. Good customer service just don't exist in this world anymore. That's one of the reasons I stopped eating out that and prices are ridiculous for the quality of the food now...But on this day my food was delicious and fresh. Was my first time eating BK in years.

Mathew is a fantastic team member. I have never enjoyed going through a drive through in my life. He was happy, engaging and has the best attitude. I even bought dessert because of him. My son loved his KING HAT. You have a gem ? there and please be warned as soon as I have a spot I will be trying to hire him. This whole team did a fantastic job ?.. well done!!
